*Requirements*

* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
* 3+ years pelvic floor PT experience preferred
* OR 5+ years outpatient orthopedic PT experience with pelvic health interest
* Washington State PT License (or ability to obtain)
* Commitment to women’s health, prevention-based care, and lifelong learning
