$24.10 - $36.15Major Responsibilities:
- Completes area-specific work as outlined by standard processes, procedures and adherent to policies
- Serves as an expert with equipment and technology in specialized area
- Problem solves technical issues in the specialized area as they arise
- Ensures documents and records are accurate and completed in a timely fashion
- Supports methods of communication and coordination with patients and care team
- Identifies quality improvement opportunities based on specialized skill set to ensure safe, effective, and efficient services and patient care
- Provides input to and supports implementation of operational changes, advancements, and site and system standardization
- Participates in site or system specialized work teams, committees, and councils, as applicable
- Complies with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards
- Keeps current with changes in the specialized field and collaborates with department leadership to adopt best practices
- Maintains updated knowledge and skills and contributes to the education of others
- Contributes positively to execution of pharmacy department initiatives
- Accepts assignments of tasks from other pharmacy teammate roles when workload dictates
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- Registration/Licensure with state board of pharmacy per state of employment requirements
- Certification through Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (CPhT) or National Health Career Association (ExCPT)
Education Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Experience Required:
- Typically requires 3 years of experience in health care, insurance industry, pharmacy, or medical background. At least 2 years of retail pharmacy experience preferred; general knowledge around insurance trouble shooting, prior authorizations, and copay assistance. Must be computer savvy, and have a drive to work in a high volume / high demand department with great critical thinking skills. Must be able to work well independently and well in a team environment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Must be able to speak and be understood by others to communicate effectively
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Basic math skills
- Strong background in medical terminology preferred
- Organizational skills and analytical ability to prepare reports and reconcile reports correctly
- Ability to evaluate and measure customer needs – set clear standards to ensure needs are met
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Self-discipline and attention to detail
- Working PC knowledge including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook), Internet, and general Call Center Systems
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, bend, kneel, climb, twist, crawl and reach above shoulders. May require extended periods of sitting.
- Requires considerable walking, standing, pushing mobile cart of approximately 50 pounds and lifting 35 pounds of material.
- Must have functional vision, touch and hearing
- Must be able to speak and be understood by others to communicate effectively
- Utilizes appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to perform job duties and minimize exposure to hazardous agents, body fluids, and communicable diseases.
- May be exposed to chemical hazards
- May be exposed to chemical and hazardous waste as well as blood and body fluids and communicable disease.
- Frequent fine motor motion of hands and wrists to perform manipulative skills such as writing, typing, data entry into the computer, and preparation of medications, including use of syringes
- Takes necessary precautions to avoid inadvertent needle sticks, minor cuts or bruises. Exposed to various conditions throughout the workday such as walking on hard surfaces, climbing stairs and changes in temperature and humidity.

Minimum Job Requirements
Education
Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
Certification / Registration / License
- Basic Life Support (BLS). Additional education, training, certifications, or experience may be required based on specialty.
- Active registered nurse (RN) multi-state compact and/or single-state license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services

Experience
Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, reach above shoulders, and twist frequently throughout the workday.
- Must be able to lift and support the weight of 35 pounds in handling patients, medical equipment, and supplies.
- Must be able to: push/pull with 30 lbs. of force and perform a sliding transfer of 150 lbs. with a second person present.
- Must have functional speech, vision, hearing, and touch with ability to use fine hand manipulation skills for IV insertion and other procedures/functions.
- Maneuver foot pedals on carts or machines.
- Perform physical safety interventions such as patient restraint and verbal de-escalation, if needed.
- May be exposed to chemical and hazardous waste as well as blood and body fluids and communicable disease. Therefore, protective clothing and equipment must be worn as necessary.
- Must be able to respond quickly to changes in patient and/or unit conditions.
- Physical Abilities Testing may be required.

This rural primary care clinic is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to provide leadership, support, administration, and education for daily business operations. Key responsibilities include revenue enhancement, expense management, patient and employee satisfaction, and personnel management, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, corrective action, termination, and performance evaluations. The Practice Manager will ensure the effective and efficient use of resources, including facilities, staff, equipment, time, capital, and inventory, while partnering with Navicent Health contacts to strengthen communication and support smooth operations. This role also includes daily collaboration with physicians, APPs, and staff on business and clinical operations; oversight of financial performance and compliance with system policies; appropriate delegation and accountability; and timely execution of duties aligned with health system goals. Successful candidates will have ambulatory operations experience in an outpatient setting. Primary care, quality, and performance improvement experience are strongly preferred.
Major Responsibilities:
Manages practice personnel, including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, staffing, training, coaching, evaluating performance and disciplining practice and/or clinic employees. Conducts regular MD and staff meetings in each practice and/or clinic to cascade current and accurate information in a timely and effective manner, to engage the staff, to identify and resolve problems, and to improve the operations and work environment in the practices and clinics.
Controls the purchase and use of medical and administrative supplies and materials in the practice and/or clinic. Ensures invoices are processed for payment in an accurate and timely manner.
Investigates operational problems and initiates solutions. Assists staff with daily duties in times of increased workflow or staff shortages.
Monitors overall revenue processes for the practice and/or clinic in coordination with the Central Billing Office ensuring that all charges are posted and deposits are made according to policy.
Participates in the development of an annual capital budgets, operating budgets and marketing plans for the practices and/or clinics.
Serves as a liaison between the practices and/or clinics and Health Services, Navicent Health/Medical Center, Navicent Health/Navicent Health System leaders communicating pertinent information to the physicians and staff in an effective, efficient, timely, and professional manner.
Coordinates all physician sponsored events within the community.
Supports the corporate service excellence programs to continuously improve employee and patient satisfaction ratings and address comments.
Effectively participates in special projects as assigned.

Education Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or healthcare related field strongly preferred or five years progressive physician practice supervisory and management experience.
Experience Required:
Three years of relevant experience in physician practice, hospital clinic, healthcare management office, or physician billing and reimbursement position required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Approximately 90 days on the job training to become independently functional. Must demonstrate an above average knowledge of physician practice operations, fiscal management of physician practices, and regulatory compliance issues in physician practices. Excellent organization skills must be demonstrated to management clinical and business operations. Effective time management and delegation skills are necessary. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary to maintain effective relationships with physicians, staff, patients, and other health system employees. Skills in exercising initiative, judgment, discretion, problem solving, and decision making are required to achieve organizational objectives. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

We are seeking either a CT Technologist or a Specialty Tech in Training to support our CT team at Riverton Hospital.
This position may be filled at either level depending on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience
We are open to:
- Fully licensed CT Technologists
- CT students currently enrolled in an accredited CT program
- Candidates actively cross-training into CT who have completed the majority of their CT competencies and plan to take their CT registry exam within the next three months
Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on CT experience through employment, clinical rotations, or cross-training.
Schedule
This is a true PRN position with variable shifts. Team members will help cover open shifts as needed, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on department needs.
CT Technologist
Minimum Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)(RT)(R) Radiography Certification/Registration
- Relevant State licensure (where required)
- Basic Life Support certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
Preferred Qualifications
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Computed Tomography Certification/Registration (ARRT)(RT)(CT)
- Hands-on CT experience through employment, clinical rotations, or cross-training preferred
- One or more years of CT experience preferred
- (Where applicable) Must complete the controlled substance module
- (Where applicable) Must complete the initial moderate sedation module
- Specific facility-based certifications may also be required for this role
Specialty Tech in Training
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers
- Applicable State License
- An ARRT(R) technologist who:
- Is currently attending and receiving formal training from an accredited training program, -or-
- Has successfully completed formal training from an approved/accredited school - or -
- Has been selected to cross-train into another modality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Completion of the majority of CT clinical competencies
- Planning to sit for the CT registry exam within three months
- CT clinical experience through school, externship, or cross-training rotations
- One to two years of customer service or patient care experience
- IV Certification

- Balances Cash drawer daily, prepares deposit slips and follow closing cash drawer process at the end of each shift.
- Demonstrates respect and cooperation in all staff relationships, and a genuine willingness to prevent or resolve inter-personal conflicts.
- Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to: respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.

- Assists RN with daily care of patients including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, activity orders and ambulation which may include use of therapeutic assistive devices, proper positioning, range of motion and special transferring as indicated.
- Measures and documents blood pressures, TPRs (Temperature, Pulse, Respiration), I & O (Intake and Output), daily weights, and other patient data as requested. Documents accurately in Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
- Performs purposeful rounding under direction of RN and promptly communicates observations, concerns, and needs of patient/family to RN. Documents appropriately.
- Participates in admission, transfer and discharge process under supervision of RN including room set up, orientation to room, removing linen, and proper management of patient belongings. Ensures patient call light is always in reach of patient and answers call-lights promptly.
- Collects urine, stool, and sputum specimens and performs point-of-care testing as indicated using approved process for accurate specimen labeling and identification. Maintains competency as required.
- Completes various errands as directed including pick-up and delivery of trays, charts, specimens, and reports. Maintains and orders stock for nursing area. Cleans equipment and work areas.
- Performs various patient positioning and transporting duties which require lifting and pushing/pulling while utilizing proper technique and assistive devices. Performs tasks related to nutritional needs of patient under direction of RN to include diet review, tray set up/removal, proper positioning and diet selection.
- Performs tasks related to maintaining skin integrity to include proper repositioning and skin care. Ensures special patient supplies and appliances are provided and maintained such as TED hose and sequential compression devices.
- Under the direction of RN and as determined by site/unit requirements, may be required to remove IVs, provide post mortem care, and bladder scans.
- Practices within policies and procedures of infection prevention by demonstrating hand hygiene and knowledge of sterile and aseptic procedures, proper disposal of contaminated materials and utilizing proper attire when in direct contact with patients in isolation.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the department's policies and procedures. Age-specific information is developed further in the departmental job standards.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 45 days, and
- Nurse Aide in good standing as indicated with the State Registry in which the team member practices.

MRI technologists performs magnetic resonance imaging and acquire and analyzes data needed for diagnosis at the request of and for interpretation by a licensed practitioner.
Magnetic resonance technologists independently perform or assist the licensed practitioner in the completion of magnetic resonance imaging procedures. Magnetic resonance technologists prepare, administer and document activities related to medications in accordance with federal and state laws, regulations, or lawful institutional policy.
Job Duties:
- Ensures correct order is obtained, patient is properly identified and prepared for exam, and that clinical history is corroborated and appropriately documented while respecting confidentiality.
- Utilizes appropriate imaging protocol and optimizes technical factors while maximizing patient safety, optimizing patient care, and applying principles of ALARA (As Low as Reasonably Achievable).

- Shift Details: Full-time 40hr This position will help support our American Fork clinic and occasionally at our Saratoga Springs clinic when needed. Shifts are typically 4 ten-hour shifts Monday-Friday with one day off and hours are usually 7:30-5:00pm.
Essential Functions
- Provides courteous and professional connections with patients over the phone, in person or via secure messaging. Resolves patient needs skills to ensure a superior customer experience by identifying and resolving patient needs related to patient intake and care.
- Documents all phone calls accurately and completely in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Schedules patient appointments for visits, procedures, diagnostic tests, referrals, and/or consultations.
- Registers patients over the phone or in person by confirming, entering, and/or updating all required demographic data on patient and guarantor on the registration system. Follows procedures when identifying patients.
- Obtains copies of insurance cards, forms of ID, and signatures on all required forms. May verify information on appropriate accounts to determine insurance coordination of benefits, may include pre-certification/prior authorization .
- Assists patients in completing necessary forms to meet regulatory and billing needs prior to receiving clinical care. Scans necessary paperwork and educates patient on financial assistance. Proactively requests payments from patients on current and past medical services. Receives and processes those payments following appropriate procedures for handling payments.
- Stays current on role/responsibilities, updates etc. which may include reviewing monthly email/newsletter, ambulatory epic dashboard, patient access, work ques, attend clinic/service line meetings, review emails each shift, etc. to ensure the highest standard of performance is achieved.
Minimum Qualifications
- Six months of customer service experience involving interactions with customers.
- Demonstrated basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry.
- Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with patients and fellow caregivers to deliver the highest level of customer/patient satisfaction.
- Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality, and Protected Health Information (PHI) of patients, members, and caregivers.
Preferred Qualifications
