Baptist Health is looking for an Epic Certified Analyst Senior - Willow Pharmacy Applications to join our team! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN
Maintains and implements EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance of automated systems. Manages information System projects/products in order to provide automated solutions that meet Baptist Health System’s business needs using the EpicCare system. Maintains Epic applications and facilitates updates, new releases and system enhancements. Communicates project and team status to internal and external audiences to keep project team informed. Participates in system technical and application reviews to determine feasibility, cost and evaluate usefulness for Baptist Health System. Serves as primary contact for assigned Epic applications. Assists in recruitment, development and training of existing and new employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 4 years related experience in lieu of degree.
CPhT Pharmacy Technician Certificate- PTCB Pharmacy Tech Certification Board.

About the Training Program:
Baptist Health Floyd is offering a unique opportunity to join our paid Nursing Assistant Training Program—a comprehensive, hands-on 4-week program designed to equip you with the essential skills needed to begin a successful career as a nursing assistant.
Throughout the program, you'll receive instruction in core nursing assistant duties, including phlebotomy and EKG procedures. No previous healthcare experience is required—just a passion for helping others and a commitment to learning.
Upon successful completion of the training, participants will transition directly into a full-time days, or nights nursing assistant position at our hospital.

Job Duties:

The Credentialing Coordinator role provides administrative support for research investigators and staff that participate with clinical research across the Baptist Health System. Qualifications:
Associate degree
Previous credentialing experience or bachelor’s degree in business or health related field preferred.
3-5 years’ consecutive experience in healthcare administration, credentialing or policy development can be substituted.

Requirements:
Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist through the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
Associate's degree
Must be licensed by the Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state of Kentucky and in accordance with the provisions of KRS chapter 314A
Must maintain an active BLS. [within 30 days of hire if not already active]
Must obtain PALs and NRP within 6 months

Job Summary:
Draws blood by capillary or venipuncture, labels tubes properly, and delivers tubes to Lab according to Laboratory Policy and Procedure.
Maintains Order Monitor and organizes workload with phlebotomy staff and other applicable hospital personnel.
Performs Front Office responsibilities; processes extra tubes including centrifuging and proper storage. Loads specimens onto the Roche Modular Pre-Analytics (MPA) system.
Answers telephones, responds to inquiries by hospital personnel, visitors or others.
Participates in training procedures as directed by supervisor.
Requirements:
Phlebotomy experience or successful completion of Phlebotomy training in an accredited Phlebotomy program preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
