Always Better Care is pleased to announce a PRN Speech Language Pathologist position out of our Las Vegas, NV office. This position will be a Home Health opportunity servicing the Las Vegas, NV area. We're excited to offer our SLP a generous hourly rate, an $80-$90 per visit payout, and an additional $10 extra hourly for drive time. Always Better Care is dedicated to providing exceptional care to all of our patients.

We are looking for a detail oriented, dedicated, and committed SLP for our patients. Through our staff of skilled and compassionate people, it is our mission to provide quality, individualized services which strengthen the independent lifestyle and promote dignity of the elderly and disabled in their own place of residence. Our Speech Language Pathologist would be an integral part of our team.

Our SLP will be responsible for the following:

* Evaluating levels of swallowing, speech and language difficulty
* Identifying treatment options
* Creating and carrying out individualized treatment plans addressing specific functional needs
* Teaching patients how to make sounds while improving their voices and maintaining fluency
* Helping individuals improve sentence structure and vocabulary used in written and oral language
* Working with patients in developing and strengthening muscles used to swallow
* Counseling individuals and families on ways to cope with swallowing and communication disorders

Our SLP must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record and valid driver's license, a current auto insurance policy, and a Nevada SLP license. Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
