This position will include a $5000 signing bonus. Monday through Friday, 7am to 8pm; Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 4pm
Pay Range:
$54.90 - $82.35Major Responsibilities:
Oversees pharmaceutical care, including retrieving and evaluating biomedical literature and designing medication therapy regimensÂ
Uses effective patient education techniques to provide counseling to patients and caregivers, including information on medication therapy, adverse effects, compliance, appropriate use, handling, and medication administration Â
Designs, recommends, monitors, and evaluates patient specific pharmacotherapeutic regimens based on relevant biomedical literature. Implements recommendations effectively and utilizes policies and procedures and documents in the appropriate format.  Â
Reviews and accurately interprets medication orders and prescriptions Â
Participates in the management of medical emergencies when applicable Â
Actively supports department medication safety and quality improvement activities, including the reporting of events through appropriate channelsÂ
Performs quality assurance and performance improvement of the medication use system as appropriate Â
Collaborates with the healthcare team to manage formulary adherence and the medication-use process. Assists in the acquisition of non-formulary, compassionate use, and investigational medications.  Â
Practices in compliance with organization’s policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations  Â
Prepares, dispenses, and oversees the proper storage and handling of medications in accordance with best practice, policies and state and federal regulations Â
Serves as preceptor for pharmacy students, residents, and healthcare learners as assigned   Â
Mentors, orients, trains, and assists with the performance evaluation of pharmacy teammates, residents, and students as assignedÂ
Directs and checks the accuracy of the work of pharmacy support team members in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient workflows, service standards, and regulatory complianceÂ
Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the department's policies and procedures. Age-specific information is developed further in the departmental job standards.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
Licensed in the state(s) of practice or eligible for reciprocity requiredÂ

Education Required:
Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy required, or an FPGEC certificate from NABPÂ

May be required to frequently stretch, bend, squat, or kneel to perform jobÂ

Major Responsibilities:
Interprets physician referrals, as appropriate, and completes musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and/or integumentary evaluations utilizing appropriate methods.
Establishes a plan of care and implements individual treatment based on evaluation results and functional goals and by utilizing appropriate techniques. Monitors and evaluates outcomes and appropriately adjusts the individualized treatment plan based on the patient's response to treatment and provides status updates to physicians and other teammates. Identifies factors affecting patient's physical and psychosocial comfort and attends to these needs. Â
Plans for and completes patient discharge including providing written home programs, patient/family teaching, referral for community services, transition planning within the continuum of care and ordering equipment as indicated/appropriate. Communicates and collaborates with appropriate stakeholders to assist in achieving optimum care for the patient.
Completes all required documentation following department policy and accreditation standards with appropriate co- signatures, including patient evaluations, progress notes, team conference reports, and discharge summaries as appropriate. Record patient care and progress of each patient assigned. Completes daily statistics, billing, and scheduling. Applies insurance guidelines regarding authorization and number of visits. Responsible for maintaining site/department established productivity standards. Responsible for understanding and adhering to all billing and documentation policies, procedures, and timelines.
Responsible for cleaning up after patient treatment, putting away equipment, and keeping area neat and orderly. Performs various manual techniques, patient positioning, transferring and transporting duties, which require lifting and pushing/pulling, while utilizing proper technique.  Demonstrates skill in use of modalities, exercise equipment and other devices that are available in area worked per department orientation checklist. Demonstrates knowledge of indications and contraindications of modalities and exercise. Promotes patient safety by participating in safety initiatives as requested and appropriately follows all safety and infection control measures pertaining to the general working environment.
Participates in performance improvement activities designed to identify and resolve problems affecting patient care outcomes and to improve quality of care.Manages assigned caseload, informing site leadership of coverage needs and ability to cover; assists with coverage, based on department needs and regional needs
Pursues professional growth through participation in continuing education courses, department in-services, and reading professional literature. Orients new staff to clinical and department policies as requested. Participates in the evaluation process of co-workers by providing verbal or written feedback as requested.Â
May supervise physical therapy assistants following all applicable state and local compliance requirements. Includes delegating patients to assistive personnel while providing direction, recommendations regarding treatment and ongoing supervision while maintaining responsibility for patient plan of care and goals. May supervise physical therapy extenders (rehab aides/techs) in administering treatments to patients and will teach them appropriate techniques to perform with specific patients. May supervise physical therapy students after completing one year of clinical experience.
Minimum Job Requirements
Education (minimum education level and field of study)
Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school or educational requirements commensurate with the date of graduation. Maintains continuing education requirements as mandated by applicable state professional standards.
Certification / Registration / License (any certification, registration, license required to perform the job followed by the governing body)
Physical Therapy License in the State of Illinois or State of Wisconsin, must be licensed in the State upon which you work. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (obtained within 90 days unless department leader has determined is not required) by American Heart Association (AHA)
Work Experience - previous Outpatient exp or Outpatient clinical while in PT school

- Provides individual and group therapeutic services in the inpatient level of care.

$25.30 - $37.95Major Responsibilities:
- Performs assessment of client status and formulates a massage treatment plan in accordance with the client's goals and massage practice standards; ensures assessments reflect synthesis of gathered data into an appropriate plan of care. Recognizes client's inability to attain goals and consults with appropriate personnel.
- Identifies contraindications to massage and takes recommended precautions. Contraindications include phlebitis or thrombophlebitis, edema, skin conditions, mononucleosis, acute rheumatoid arthritis, infection, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, malignancy, insulin-depended diabetes, medications, and acute inflammatory conditions.
- Completes all required documentation within the same business day of the client's visit.
- Performs massage therapy to assigned patients utilizing appropriate methods according to licensure guidelines and professional practice. Incorporates appropriate type of relaxation massage into sessions (i.e., neuromuscular, craniosacral, lymph, reflexology) to meet the needs of patient's history and goals.
- Tailors education to meet the age-specific and individualized needs of the client. Takes an active role in program development and contributes ideas for the development of promotional materials and community education.
- Prepares treatment area before patient arrival; prepares equipment, sets environmental lighting and music to create relaxing atmosphere. Provides an environment consistent with accepted standards of sanitation, hygiene, safety, and Universal Precautions. Responsible for cleanup after treatment, which includes sanitizing equipment and maintaining neat, orderly workstations.
- Acknowledges confidential nature of the professional relationship with a client and respects each client's right to privacy. Seeks out methods to meet privacy needs by providing adequate draping, etc.
- Upon delegation, when assigned to an outside clinic, assists with general cleaning, ordering and dispensing of clean linen, and miscellaneous clerical duties.

Major Responsibilities:
- Evaluates, diagnoses, treats, and manages acute, critical and chronic patients illness and diseases within both an outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital setting.
- Obtains medical histories, conducts physical examinations and assesses and determines differential diagnosis. Prescribes medication, therapy and treatments accordingly.

- Prescribes, recommends and regulates pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies across multiple care settings, including controlled medications that are warranted by patient's diagnosis or changing medical condition.

Position works in person at the Aurora Behavioral Health Center Sheboygan covering in adult and adolescent behavioral health day treatment (PHP/IOP) programs. - Provides clinical/therapeutic services to a diverse client population. Accepts and treats all patients as identified or assigned willingly and with professionalism. Applies brief therapeutic intervention model as appropriate.
- Conducts comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, formulates and monitors individualized treatment plans and treatment interventions which are in accordance with the department's Provision of Care and the Hospital's policies.
- Provides case management and utilization review services for patient in his/her assigned caseload. Provides education to patient and family as needed.
- Makes appropriate referrals to services within the Hospital and Aurora Behavioral Health Services or outside if needed. Serves as a liaison with these referral sources in coordination with other staff to insure continuity of care in discharge planning.

- Provides community education and outreach, including referral development and marketing efforts to generate new business. Willingly accepts this as a necessary part of their job above and beyond caseload requirements.
- Accurately completes all documentation responsibilities as outlined in department/service area procedures within established timelines. Documentation responsibilities include but are not limited to: treatment plans, discharge summaries, aftercare plans, records for billing, etc.

Vanderbilt Clarksville Intensive Care Unit (ICU), is a 21 bed mixed medical/surgical adult ICU specialized in providing close monitoring and treatment for patients with a wide-range of diagnosis. We care for patients being treated for Cardiovascular conditions, Acute Respiratory Failure, Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS), Multisystem Organ System Failure, Sepsis, Drug Overdoses, Gastrointestinal Bleeds, Diabetic Ketoacidosis, Hypertensive Crisis, Acute/Chronic Renal Failure, STEMI, cardiogenic shock and post heart catheterization.
Our staff is committed to provide exceptional care to our patients. Our environment is challenging, team oriented, patient and family centered. We work collaboratively to provide opportunities for nurses to grow in critical thinking, professionalism, and participate in ongoing education.
Our team consists of Intensivists, advanced practice nurses, critical care nurses, and respiratory therapists. Daily multidisciplinary rounds include the intensivist, advanced practice nurse, ICU nurse, case manager, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, infectious disease, and a nurse leader. SWAT team consists of intensivist, advance practice nurse and charge nurse available as bedside consult. ICU charge nurse responds to codes, and RRT’s. Each shift begins with a safety huddle to look back and forward 24 hours to review safety and quality concerns.

A high percentage of our patients have a diagnosis of leukemia, but we care for patients with all types of cancer. Many of our patients have extended stays to complete their course of treatment. This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. Common preparative regimens and high-dosage therapy administration, management of fevers, prophylactic antibiotics, antiviral and antifungal prophylaxis. GVHD prophylactic and /or treatment regimens, and administration guidelines for medication and blood components. Administration of Cellular Therapy products. Care interventions to manage cellular therapy complications, including, but not limited to: Cytokine release syndrome, tumor lysis syndrome, cardiac dysfunction, respiratory distress, neurologic toxicity, renal and hepatic failure and disseminated intravascular coagulation.
9. Interacts with all levels of staff in a variety of departments, physicians, patients, families and external contacts, such as employees of other health care institutions, community providers and agencies, concerning the health care of the patient. - Prepares and rooms the patient for exam by obtaining vital signs and documenting/updating pertinent health information (i.e. chief complaint, allergies, medications).
- Performs laboratory procedures (i.e. strep test, wound culture, specimen collection, etc.) using principles of aseptic technique and standard precautions / infection control guidelines.
- Assists the physician/provider with procedures and surgeries such as pelvic exams, allergy scratch testing, EMG, cautery, colposcopy, etc.
- Administers medications, under physician/provider orders, including: immunizations, antibiotics, pain medications, vitamins, topical agents, and insulin. With limitations, initiates, maintains and discontinues IV therapy; administering selected fluids with pre-mixed medications.
- Provides basic patient education on the performance of tasks, skills, treatment and self-care. Follows through with necessary procedure or test requests, prescription refills, new appointment times and referrals to other facilities or services. Refers questions to registered nurses and physicians/providers per scope of practice guidelines and relays information back to patient as directed.
- Communicates with physicians and other members of the health care team. Documents and communicates accurate and timely information regarding patient conditions.

As an expert clinician, is responsible for the coordination of all services/systems to ensure an organized, multidisciplinary approach to the delivery of care to all adult Hematology/Oncology patients. Provides expert care incorporating principles and theories of nursing and related fields to achieve identified patient outcomes. Assists the Director/Manager in working with the staff to ensure that the plan is carried out appropriately and consistently. Acts as a liaison to physicians and other internal / external departments or providers to achieve the goals of the department/program/ institution.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Current Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which services will be provided or current multi-state Registered Nurse license through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
2. Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 30 days of hire date.
3. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) or Blood and Marrow Transplant Certified Nurse (BMTCN) required with in three (3) years of hire.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Three (3) years nursing experience.Â

1. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

1. Assures the delivery of comprehensive cancer services through the coordination of and direct or indirect provision of expert patient care for the adult hematology/ oncology population.
2. Coordinates and monitors all phases of cancer services including: prevention/screening, diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, death and dying for patients and caregivers.
3. Acts as a liaison between patients, physicians and the hospital in transitioning the patient throughout the health care system including inpatient and outpatient environments.
4. Collaborates with financial counselors and social services to assure completion of financial assessments.
5. Collaborates with Managers, and agencies regarding outlined plan of care; assists with referrals, problem solving or overcoming obstacles to enable patients to achieve optimal level of functioning.
6. Routinely monitors service schedules. Adjusts appropriately to maximize effective, efficient patient flow through intradepartmental lab, clinic or infusion center.
7. Attends inpatient /discharge rounds, tumor boards, etc., as appropriate to obtain necessary information for communication with other departments/agencies regarding patient status and health care needs.
8. Coordinates long- term follow up of patients with their local/referring physicians.
9. Maintains a retrievable patient list that includes key information such as, but not limited to name, DOB, patient status, treatment plan status.
10. Maintains written/verbal communication with referring institutions and physicians.
11. Assist with completion of health care related paperwork (i.e. Leave of absence, FMLA, return to work/school, etc.).
12. Applies nursing process to each patient and/or family based on experience, theoretical knowledge and clinical expertise
13. Provides initial teaching to patients and caregivers, performs ongoing teaching to complex/ high-risk patients and caregivers. Delegates and coordinates teaching of intermediate or low risk patients and caregivers as appropriate.Â
14. Evaluates the effectiveness of teaching efforts and modifies education plan as needed.
15. Develops service specific patient/caregiver education materials.
16. Coordinates and or participates in appropriate response to a life-threatening emergency.
17. May provide hands-on patient care in the lab, clinic or infusion center by performing nursing assessments, chaperoning, assisting with or performing procedures, phlebotomy, IV therapy and other direct care as appropriate to keep patient flowing through service areas. Triages incoming patient telephone calls. Performs proactive outgoing telephone triage by routinely contacting high-risk patients and caregivers to check on health status and service needs.
18. Demonstrates accountability for nursing practice and identifies own learning needs.
19. Assists the Director/Manager and/or multidisciplinary team in quality improvement activities and integrates information gained through quality improvement activities and clinical nursing research into practices.
20. Develops, revises, and follows established standards of care, standards of practice and policies and procedures.

Day to day: MRI position is essential to ensuring safe, high-quality patient care within the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) department. This role bridges clinical nursing expertise with the specialized demands of a complex imaging environment, supporting both patient safety and operational efficiency.
Patient Safety Screening :
Conducting thorough **pre-procedure safety screenings** to identify contraindications such as implanted devices, pacemakers, metallic foreign bodies, and other MRI-incompatible items. Reviewing and validating patient medical histories and screening questionnaires in collaboration with the MRI technologist. Identifying patients at elevated clinical risk and escalating concerns appropriately prior to imaging.
Collaboration with MRI Technologist:
The RN – MRI works in close partnership with the MRI technologist to ensure seamless, safe, and efficient patient care by:
Supporting **workflow coordination** to optimize patient throughput and minimize delays.
Communicating clinical findings and patient status updates in real time.
Serving as a clinical resource for the technologist when patient conditions require nursing assessment or intervention .
Patient Monitoring:
Continuous clinical oversight is required throughout MRI procedures, particularly for sedated, contrast-receiving, or medically complex patients. The RN – MRI provides:
Hemodynamic and physiological monitoring** before, during, and after imaging procedures.
Administration and monitoring of IV contrast agents, sedation, or anxiolytic medications as ordered.
Rapid recognition and response to adverse reactions, including contrast reactions or changes in patient condition.
Documentation of clinical assessments and interventions in accordance with nursing standards.
Patient Transport:
Safe patient transport is a critical component of the MRI workflow. The RN – MRI ensures:
Safe transfer and transport** of patients to and from the MRI suite, including those arriving from inpatient units, the Emergency Department, or ICU settings. Verification that all transport equipment (IV pumps, oxygen delivery devices, monitoring equipment) is **MRI-safe** prior to entering the scan room. Coordination with transport teams and unit staff to maintain continuity of care. Exam Positioning:
Proper patient positioning is vital to both image quality and patient comfort. The RN – MRI contributes by:
Assisting the MRI technologist with **safe and appropriate patient positioning** for various exam types.
Ensuring patient comfort and dignity throughout the positioning process. Identifying and accommodating positioning limitations related to patient conditions such as pain, mobility restrictions, or anxiety.
Additional Job Tasks as Required:
The dynamic nature of the MRI department requires a versatile clinical professional capable of:
Performing **IV access placement** and managing existing lines.
Providing **patient and family education** regarding the MRI procedure. Supporting **emergency response** within the MRI suite, including code situations.
Maintaining compliance with **Joint Commission, ACR (American College of Radiology), and organizational standards.
Participating in **quality improvement initiatives** and departmental safety programs.

This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and in accordance with standards of professional nursing practice utilizing the framework for professional nursing practice and development. This position is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others who are under their direction. This position utilizes specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills necessary to assess data and plan, provide and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients.
CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs. Reviews patient history and physical with patient/family and assures completion within appropriate timeframe. Reviews available information obtained by other health care team members. Reviews diagnostics and laboratory data and reports abnormal results to the physician(s) and other appropriate caregivers. Completes assessment and reassessments according to patient need and as outlined in policy.
2. Formulates a plan of care, including the discharge plan, utilizing assessment data and patient, family and health team input. Initiates a plan of care based on patient-specific needs, assessment data and the medical plan of care. Goals for patient are realistic, measurable and developed in conjunction with the patient/family. Considers the physical, cultural, psychosocial, spiritual, age specific and educational needs of the patient in the plan of are. Plans care in collaboration with members of the multidisciplinary team. Reviews and revises the plan of care to reflect changing patient needs based on evaluation of the patient’s status.
3. Implements the plan of care through direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of the activities of the health care team. Provides care based on physician orders and the nursing plan of care, in compliance with policies and procedures, standards of care, and regulatory agency requirements. Delegates appropriately, and provides nursing supervision in the provision of care to patients by other licensed nurses and other personnel. Promotes continuity of care by accurately and completely communicating to other caregivers the status of patients for whom care is provided.
4. Evaluates the patient's and family's response to care and teaching, and revises the plan of care as needed. Evaluates patient progress towards goals and expected outcomes in collaboration with other health care team members. Evaluates patient's response and the effectiveness of patient teaching.
5. Documents assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation in the patient record. Documentation is legible, timely and in accordance with policy. Documentation reflects objective/subjective data, nursing interventions and patient's response to treatment. Notes physician orders accurately and in a timely manner.
6. Provides care based on the best evidence available and may participate in research activities within clinical practice. Participates in unit or facility shared leadership. Interacts and participates in the education, role development, and orientation of facility personnel, patients, students, families and visitors. Promotes/supports growth of others through precepting and mentoring when appropriate.
7. Contributes to society through activities that lead to excellent patient outcomes through timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and safe care. Actively participates in the improvement of national nursing quality indicators and outcomes. Such activities may include participating in professional organizations.
8. In some roles, this position may supervise staff and work flow of the department.
9.Interacts with all levels of staff in a variety of departments, physicians, patients, families and external contacts, such as employees of other health care institutions, community providers and agencies, concerning the health care of the patient. Interacts with other health care providers in numerous settings in order to report and ask for or clarify information. Also works with clergy to provide spiritual support. Synthesizes and prioritizes data from multiple sources to provide support for the human response of the patient and family to changes in health status.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice, temporary/interim RN license in state of practice, or compact RN licensure for current state of practice. BLS certification is required. Additional certification or continuing education may be required based on area of practice.
Relates throughout the interview process the experience, training and education needed to perform the job. Experience in the clinical area for which he or she is applying is desired. Must maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to the area in which they work as demonstrated through annual validations. Banner Registry and Travel acute care positions require a minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting. Experience must include working in an acute care setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area. Banner Registry and Travel physician practice positions require a minimum of one year experience as a Registered Nurse in a physician practice or an acute care setting.
In a Home Health setting, team members must be able to operate personal vehicle and possess a valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage is also required to be active and maintained.
Employees working at Banner Behavioral Health Hospital, BTMC Behavioral or BUMG, BUMCT in a Behavioral Health clinical setting that serves children must possess an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card at the time of hire and maintain the card for the duration of their employment.
