Provides psychosocial assessment, individual/group treatment, family therapy, discharge and aftercare planning to patients and their families for mental health recovery. Develops ways of mitigating obstacles affecting care plan implementation and success. Competency in delivering services and treatments based of recovery-oriented services, family systems, and evidenced based treatments. Provides consultation and training on psychosocial aspects of care as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team. Provides emotional support and education for staff. Serves as a liaison to community programs and develop strategic partnerships to enhance aftercare plans of patients and their families.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
Master's: social Work, counseling, or related field.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE
AMFT- Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
OR APCC- Associate Professional Clinical Counselor
OR ACSW- Associate Clinical Social Worker
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
2 years recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Clinical skills in psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, counseling, interdisciplinary collaboration and linkage with resources.
Knowledgeable in child, adolescent, adult and geriatric psychopathology as well as psychiatric interventions.
Knowledgeable with psychiatric, psychosocial and legal issues and substance misuse/abuse and chemical dependency assessment and treatment, understanding of current insurance benefits and restrictions in the area of mental health, knowledgeable of DSM-IV-TR, family systems therapy and crisis intervention models.
Knowledge of child, elder and dependent adult abuse and domestic violence reporting requirements and other significant regulations affecting clinical social work practice (e.g. Tarasoff, patient-psychotherapist privilege).
Knowledge of suicidal behavior and homicidal, and the skills necessary to assess lethality, and to develop appropriate treatment plans.
Knowledge and understanding of human behavior and communication, psychotherapy, case management, and the influence of cultural and spiritual values in social work practice.
Knowledge and skills necessary to provide psychosocial care appropriate to the age-specific needs of children, adolescents, adults and elders.
Knowledge of recovery-oriented services, family systems, and evidenced based treatments (e.g., Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interview, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention, etc.).
Must demonstrate interpersonal and organizational skills, to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing demands.
DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
Experience working with psych patient population
Experience running groups in a mental health facility
Experience completing assessment for mental health placement
Clinical psychosocial diagnosis, assessment, treatment, or individual or group psychotherapy

Saint Alphonsus is seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiation Therapist to join our growing, patient‑centered oncology team. In this role, you will deliver high‑energy radiation therapy treatments to patients with malignant and benign diseases, while contributing to an innovative, supportive, and mission‑driven care environment.
What You Will Do
As a Saint Alphonsus Radiation Therapist, you will:
Clinical Responsibilities
Administer radiation therapy treatments with attention to technique, patient safety, and individual needs.
Support simulations, treatment room setup, exams, and special procedures.
Assist physicians and clinical staff during radiation therapy‑related activities.
Contribute to radiation therapy student instruction and evaluation.
Technical Environment
You’ll work with advanced technologies, including:
Varian/ARIA treatment environment (including brachytherapy)
External beam treatments such as SRS, SBRT, IMRT, and 3DCRT
4D CT simulation, gated radiation therapy, Vision RT/OSMS
Operational Responsibilities
Schedule patients and perform departmental statistics.
Complete accurate billing and documentation.
Maintain chart checks, chart rounds, and imaging workflows.
Help ensure efficiency and support a strong patient experience.
Required Qualifications
Registered Technologist (RT) and Radiation Therapy (T) certification through ARRT
Required within 1 year of hire
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or Red Cross
ACLS or PALS may be accepted in lieu of BLS

Pay Range:
$25.30 - $37.95Join our 32-bed medical surgical unit at Atrium Health Cleveland. We care for a plethora of medical and surgical diagnoses and provide all the peritoneal dialysis for our facility. The unit is the stroke accredited and age friendly unit for the facility.
We collaborate with providers across the spectrum of disciplines (hospitalists, neurology, nephrology, pulmonology, cardiologists, intensivists, surgeons, orthopedics, and wound care) to ensure best practice and access in providing high quality, compassionate care. We partner with the Virtual Nursing Program, who assist in providing the most technologically advanced care to our patients.
Major Responsibilities:
- Provides direct patient care according to established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- Assists with assessment by collecting and documenting data, actions and responses including biological, psychological, social and cultural factors. Detects significant changes in patient condition and reports these to the registered nurse.
- Assists with developing the plan of care and implements as directed by the registered nurse.
- Supports and reinforces patient teaching according to individualized plan of care.
- Documents performance of nursing interventions and patient's response to those interventions and communicates effectiveness of interventions and changes in patient condition to the registered nurse.
- Communicates changes in medical orders to the registered nurse.
- Performs clinical tasks or skills such as medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, venipuncture, etc.
- Performs various patient positioning and transporting duties, which require lifting and pushing/pulling, while utilizing proper technique.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the department's policies and procedures. Age-specific information is developed further in the departmental job standards.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and
Education Required:
- Completion of an accredited or approved program in Practical Nursing.
Experience Required:
- No experience required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- Proficient computer skills including keyboarding, navigation within a windows operating system, use of electronic mail and electronic medical records systems.

Position Purpose
The Patient Care Pharmacist, within the scope of the Ohio Pharmacist Practice Act, will provide timely, accurate, cost effective, and patient-centric pharmaceutical care.
What you will do:
Coordinates the preparation, distribution, and dispensing of medication as appropriate in compliance with state and federal regulations and laws, accreditation standards, and departmental policies and procedures; directs and assists pharmacy support staff.
Maintains personal compliance and assists in maintenance of departmental compliance with continuous regulatory readiness. Also maintains records related to the transactions of the pharmacy, to achieve adequate control and accountability for all drugs, including controlled substances.
Assists in the management of pharmacy inventory by providing information to pharmacy purchasing, removing expired contaminated or deteriorated stock when detected, helping maintain perpetual inventories, and processing non-formulary requests.

Major Responsibilities:
- Uses Respiratory therapy processes to support assessment of patient utilizing a variety of skills such as pulmonary diagnostics, chest radiograph, hemodynamic values, laboratory values, and correlates blood gases and electrolytes. Can identify and address the special needs of patient population specific to department services.
- Operates specialized ventilators in critical and non-critical care venues. Assists physician with bedside or other procedures as applicable to facility.

- Prepares and rooms the patient for exam by obtaining vital signs and documenting/updating pertinent health information (i.e. chief complaint, allergies, medications).

Education/Experience Required: - High school diploma - 6 months experience working with people on a one-on-one basis Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: - Good interpersonal skills - Familiarity with computers -CPR certified Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: This position involves bending, lifting consistently at least 35 pounds, pushing wheelchairs and transferring patients, which often requires physical strength, endurance and use of proper body mechanics. Set-up of certain equipment requires strength to tighten knobs, etc. Physical stamina during emergency situations may be required and often cannot be delegated (i.e. assisting patients down stairs during re-education, performing CPR, etc.) Contact with infectious wounds and certain pathologies which requires the use of Universal Precautions is common. Use of Hazardous Material for cleaning and sterilization of equipment may be involved. Evening hours may be required. Weekend and holiday work is required in some work areas. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance. For patient lifts of over 35 pounds, or when patient is unable to assist with the lift, patient handling equipment is expected to be used, with at least one other associate, when available. Unique patient lifting/movement situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Addendum: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Requires use of Universal Precautions at times. Shift/Schedule: 0.9 FTE, Days, every 4th weekend, and a holiday rotation.

Clinical Ladder Program – up to $6,000 in additional yearly bonus potential
Major Responsibilities:
- Uses Respiratory therapy processes to support assessment of patient utilizing a variety of skills such as pulmonary diagnostics, chest radiograph, hemodynamic values, laboratory values, and correlates blood gases and electrolytes. Can identify and address the special needs of patient population specific to department services.
- Operates specialized ventilators in critical and non-critical care venues. Assists physician with bedside or other procedures as applicable to facility.
- Provides medication treatments and therapies per physician order and/or patient driven respiratory protocols as prescribed.
- Cleans, maintains, and ensures proper functionality of equipment. Troubleshoots equipment as necessary and identifies the need for service and/or repair.
- Educates and instructs patients in purpose, technique, self-care, goal of therapy, and disease management.
- Facilitates clinical problem solving and collaborates with other departments to provide education on managing patients.
- Under physician direction, the respiratory therapist must be able to adapt and comply to policies and procedures for a variety of different service areas, perform tasks and/or special duties as required by assignment and maintain performance standards and organizational behaviors.
- Demonstrates effective communication, feedback, and conflict resolution skills. Provides clear, concise, timely, and accurate patient handoff.
- Promotes a culture of safety by recognizing and applying proper safety measures to prevent patient harm. Reports patient safety events and near misses in a timely manner. Seeks to identify potential safety issues and assists in the implementation of corrective actions.
- Teaches, educates, and precepts new teammates, orientees, and students.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license issued by the state in which the team member practices.
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) within 12 months OR active Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) credential issued by the NBRC if credential received prior to January 1, 2023.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).

Graduate from an accredited respiratory care program, with a minimum of an associate degree.

- Must be able to lift 20 lb from waist to overhead.
- Must be able to push/pull while utilizing 30# of force occasionally for long distances.
- Must demonstrate stand-pivot transfer from bed to chair.
- Must perform sliding transfer of 150 lbs. person on a sheet across 2 feet with a second person.
- Must utilize safe body mechanics at all times.
