Where you will Work:
Levine Cancer Institute - Barbara L. Levine Breast and Cutaneous Center is an adult outpatient practice specializing in the treatment of breast and cutaneous cancers. Our services include systemic therapy, hormonal therapy, and surgical interventions with select procedures performed in the clinic. Our multidisciplinary team—comprising of surgical and medical oncologists, advanced practical providers, pharmacists, nurse navigators, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, medical assistants, care coordinators, and social workers—work collaboratively to deliver patient-centered cancer care.
We’re Looking For:
Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
Oncology and Women's Health experience needed.
Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical nursing.
Previous management experience preferred
BSN required. RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of Hire/Transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program. BLS required per policy guidelines. Appropriate professional certification (either clinical or leadership) is required within 1 year of eligibility for professional certification exam. Additional education, training, certifications, or experience may be required within the department by the nurse leader.
What You’ll Do:
Supports the manager utilizing systematic approaches to enhance the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice, nursing service administration and delivery of care in the department
The role provides direct patient care while assisting the nurse manager in daily operations, including coordination of patient care and outcomes, allocation of human and fiscal resources, communication, patient throughput, program development and oversight, rounding with patients, physicians, and staff, as well as staff selection, development, and retention.
Collaborates with other clinical team members in assessing and supporting psychosocial needs of the patient/family.

Serves as a primary point of contact with patients related to specialty medication needs and demonstrates empathy and compassion to patients and caregivers.
Enrolls specialty pharmacy patients into medication management programs by assisting with recruitment of patients in clinic.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy required.
Kentucky Board of Pharmacy license is required.

Experience in ambulatory clinical pharmacy practice preferred.
Specialty disease state experience preferred.

Summary:
Under the general direction of the Chief Therapist, the Radiation Therapist I contributes to the organizational plan of the Radiation Oncology Unit, to the quality of patient care and supports the institutional philosophy. The Radiation Therapist I is technically competent at the entry level and interacts with other areas of the department. It is expected that the Radiation Therapist I will meet all initial performance competency standards for this position within one year. The Radiation Therapist I applies ionizing radiation to the patient, as instructed and prescribed by the physician according to departmental standards, state guidelines, and Memorial Healthcare System’s policy and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Serves as resource/educator to radiation therapy students and/or new hires by role modeling professional behaviors, instructing, assessing, and evaluating. Stocks and stores appropriate supplies in technical areas. Informs Chief Therapists when supplies are needed. Performs other duties as assigned.Manages patient scheduling in a technical area including simulations, field verifications, daily treatments, and cone-downs to avoid delays and or interruptions.Performs CT-Sim procedures and documents accurately. Executes simulations in accordance with department policies and procedures. Prepares room and equipment properly for each simulation and monitors patient.Manages patient documentation in Aria for team communication, charge capture and billing reconciliation. Prepares the treatment record information for setup and treatment. Accurately performs weekly chart checks and QA audits at end of treatment through Encounters in Aria EMR. Accurately captures and reviews charges for treatment and simulation procedures.Collaborates with Physicians, Physicists, Dosimetrist, Chief Radiation Therapist in simulation or clinical setup process. Presents set up questions and solutions while utilizing Crew Resource Management Principles and Practices. Observes all established radiation safety measures (ALARA).Performs appropriate quality control warm-up procedures on equipment. Troubleshoots, resolves, and reports equipment malfunctions to chain of command.Participates in scheduled rotations in all department equipment, serves as on call therapist, and as needed, rotates between both Radiation Oncology departments.Prepares room and equipment properly for each treatment. Performs imaging (CBCT, KV, MV, Active Motion Management) as ordered, to position patient. Analyzes results, identifies issues and takes appropriate action including repositioning patient and repeating procedure to deliver therapy according to treatment plan. Assists special procedure treatments (e.g., HDR, TBI) and completes treatment documentation.Reviews physician's orders and radiation therapy treatment plan. Educates patient regarding procedures to ensure patient's understanding. Assists patient and family with any problems or concerns and refers to proper resource personnel. Identifies and reports potential liabilities and risks management to Chief Therapist.

Overview
The Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist is a highly trained and specialized healthcare professional who plays a critical role in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions. Working at a professional level, this role is central to the functioning of cardiac catheterization laboratories and other invasive cardiovascular environments. The Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist assists physicians in performing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures and operates within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and procedural efficiency.
Primary responsibilities include acting as a first assistant to physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures such as cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and electrophysiology studies. They are responsible for patient preparation, real-time monitoring, procedural documentation, and post-procedure care coordination.

The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients and members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal medication therapy outcomes. The Clinical Staff Pharmacist performs medication order evaluation and verification, drug distribution, sterile and extemporaneous compounding, technical supervision, and clinical services.

Position Purpose:
Responsible for the coordination of all chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy visits within the Cancer Center. Responsible for creating a hospital account (HAR), assigning referrals from work queue to appointments.
Responds to In-basket communications, secure chats, Teams messages, emails, and physician orders (Intent-to-Treat) in EPIC in a timely manner. What You Will Do:
Coordinates the preparation, distribution, and dispensing of medication as appropriate in compliance with state and federal regulations and laws, accreditation standards, and departmental policies and procedures; directs and assists pharmacy support staff.

The Clinical Staff Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients and members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal medication therapy outcomes. The Clinical Staff Pharmacist performs medication order evaluation and verification, drug distribution, sterile and extemporaneous compounding, technical supervision, and clinical services.

Summary:
Performs nuclear medicine imaging and/or therapy in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

Responsibilities:
Takes on call shift responsibilities as required by the department.Orders, prepares, administers, stores and disposes of radiopharmaceuticals according to established protocols and applicable regulations/standards. Monitors patient condition continually and reports/responds to changes in status as appropriate.Positions patient and performs imaging procedure(s). Analyzes images and identifies issues with the quality of images. Takes appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including repositioning patient and repeating procedure if clinically appropriate.Manages radiation emergencies and monitors radiation safety in accordance with radiation safety policy under the guidance of the radiation safety officer.Reviews patient history and physician's orders. Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation.Prepares equipment and supplies. Selects appropriate imaging parameters. Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures on equipment. Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or reports equipment malfunctions as necessary.Charges appropriately for all supplies used for procedure and utilizes appropriate exam codes.

·RNs are members of the Care Team and Support Team and have accountability to function as a team to accomplish patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care.
·The Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the care given to a group of patients for a designated time frame.
·The RN provides care to those patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/technology, and other healthcare team members, according to established standards.
Minimum Qualifications:

Position Purpose:
The Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT), within the Ohio Scope of Practice, provides therapeutic procedures and diagnostic testing to chronically and acutely ill patientsrequiringrespiratory procedures.
WhatYouWillDo:
Provide Respiratory Care, ensure an environment of patient safety, promote evidence-based practice and qualityinitiativesand exhibit professionalism in the care of patients and their families.
Perform duties or responsibilities outside the normalroutinecare of the patient.
Initiate and administer therapeutic procedures, diagnostictestsand educationin accordance withdepartmental policy and procedures.
Record information/patient assessment on the patient’s medical record and maintain departmental records.
Precept new employees as requested andparticipateinstudentsclinical rotations.
Demonstrate knowledge of and ability tomaintainrespiratory therapy equipment.
Communicatepertinent clinical information and collaborate with physicians, house staff and other health care disciplinesregardingpatient care,treatmentand/or plan of care.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Successful completion of a2 or 4 yearRespiratory Care Program, or completion ofadditionaleducational requirements allowing eligibility to obtain registry credentials.
Licensure / Certification: Ohio Respiratory Care Professional License to practice in the State of Ohio and National Board of Respiratory Care credential indicating RRT or CRT
Experience: Clinical experience in adult and neonatal respiratory therapy procedures such as aerosolized delivery of medication, mechanical ventilation,assistingwith intubations andextubations, pulmonary function studies, emergency care, and obtaining and interpreting arterial blood gases.
Maintain current BLS certification.
