*Full-Time Physical Therapist*
_*TherAnnu Restorative Spa — Odenton, Maryland*_
TherAnnu is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist who wants to practice differently.
_*This is not a high-volume, insurance-driven clinic.*_TherAnnu is a restorative wellness spa where physical therapy, manual therapy, dry needling, massage, stretch therapy, recovery services, and wellness memberships come together under one brand. We are looking for a skilled, personable PT who wants to help build something meaningful at our new Odenton location.
The ideal candidate is a strong manual therapist who enjoys hands-on care, values clinical autonomy, and understands that people are looking for more than a quick exercise sheet. Our clients come to TherAnnu because they want to feel better, move better, recover better, and be guided by providers who truly listen.
*About the Role*
The Physical Therapist will provide one-on-one evaluation and treatment for clients with orthopedic, musculoskeletal, pain, mobility, and performance-related concerns. This position is ideal for a PT who appreciates the value of skilled manual therapy, individualized care, and a wellness-focused environment.
You will have the opportunity to work with clients *outside the limitations of traditional insurance-based care* while collaborating with a team of massage therapists, stretch providers, wellness staff, and spa leadership.
*What Makes This Position Different*
At TherAnnu, physical therapy is not treated as a separate, clinical afterthought. It is part of a larger *restorative wellness model.*
You will be able to combine your clinical expertise with services and tools that support recovery and whole-body wellness, including infrared sauna, cryotherapy, compression therapy, red light therapy, BioMat, massage, stretch therapy, and other restorative services.
*This is a strong fit for a PT who wants to:*
* Spend meaningful one-on-one time with clients
* Use manual therapy as a core part of treatment
* Work in a calm, beautiful, wellness-centered environment
* Help clients bridge the gap between pain relief, recovery, and long-term wellness
* Be part of a growing brand with a strong mission and future opportunity
* Practice in a setting that feels elevated, personal, and client-centered
*Responsibilities*
The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:
* Performing initial evaluations and follow-up treatment sessions
* Providing skilled manual therapy and individualized therapeutic exercise
* Developing treatment plans based on client goals, impairments, and functional needs
* Performing dry needling if certified, or pursuing dry needling training if not yet certified
* Educating clients on movement, recovery, pain management, and self-care strategies
* Recommending appropriate TherAnnu services, packages, and wellness options when clinically appropriate
* Collaborating with massage therapists, stretch providers, and other team members to support the client experience
* Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
* Helping establish physical therapy as a strong service line at the Odenton location
* Representing the TherAnnu brand with professionalism, warmth, and clinical excellence
*Ideal Candidate*
We are looking for someone who:
* Has strong manual therapy skills
* Enjoys hands-on, one-on-one patient care
* Is certified in dry needling or willing to become certified
* Has an interest in restorative wellness, recovery, and integrative care
* Communicates clearly and confidently with clients
* Can build trust and long-term client relationships
* Is comfortable working in a cash-based / out-of-network environment
* Feels aligned with a more thoughtful, elevated approach to care and is excited to be part of building it
* Is professional, dependable, warm, and team-oriented
* Wants more than a traditional PT job
*Requirements*
* Current Maryland Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for Maryland licensure
* Strong orthopedic and musculoskeletal evaluation skills
* Manual therapy experience
* Dry needling certification preferred, but not required if willing to train
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Interest in wellness, recovery, and client-centered care
*Preferred Experience*
* Manual therapy-focused outpatient orthopedics
* Dry needling
* Sports, spine, chronic pain, postural, or mobility-related treatment
* Cash-based, concierge, wellness, or hybrid care models
* Collaboration with massage therapy, wellness, or recovery services
*Compensation and Schedule*
This is a full-time position at TherAnnu’s new Odenton location. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, schedule, and qualifications.
*Why TherAnnu*
TherAnnu was created to offer a better way to restore, recover, and feel well. *We believe clients should have access to skilled providers, hands-on care, and restorative services in one welcoming place.*
For the right Physical Therapist, this is an opportunity to help shape the physical therapy program inside a growing wellness brand — not just fill a schedule.
_*If you are a manual therapy-focused PT who wants to practice in a more personal, restorative, and elevated environment, we would love to meet you.*_

* Help establish Concierge PT as Naples' premier outpatient orthopedic practice.
* Mentor future clinicians and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
