Summary:
Performs various imaging procedures in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Positions patient and performs imaging procedure(s). Analyzes images and identifies issues with the quality of images. Takes appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including repositioning patient and repeating procedure if clinically appropriate.Reviews patient history and physician's orders. Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation.Takes on call shift responsibilities as required by the department.Prepares equipment and supplies. Selects appropriate exposure factors and imaging parameters. Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures on equipment. Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or reports equipment malfunctions as necessary.Charges appropriately for all supplies used for procedure and utilizes appropriate exam codes.When ordered, prepares and administers contrast media and/or medications within scope of practice. Monitors patient condition continually and reports/responds to changes in status as appropriate.

Summary:
Responsible for assisting pharmacy leadership in day-to-day supervision and managing the operations of technician personnel and pharmacy systems. Supports the continual site operations for the pharmacy department in a supervisory capacity to achieve departmental goals and objectives and ensures regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:
Monitors quality and assurance processes and ensures compliance and adherence to established programs, regulations, policies and procedures, and applicable institutional licensure.Supervises, trains, directs and serves as an internal resource for Pharmacy Technicians to support department operations and goals. Provides feedback to the team regarding daily assignments and responsibilities to ensure work is being followed up accordingly.Assists pharmacy leadership in department project management including the identification, implementation, and on-going monitoring and maintenance.Performs all Pharmacy Technician roles and functions including coverage including, but not limited to: inventory procurement management, auditing, and pharmacy automation systems.Supervises the professional growth and development of Pharmacy Technicians by managing the quality of training and services performed by technician personnel. Acts as a department leader to support personnel engagement and subsequent development of department action plan. Acts as a liaison to the Pharmacy Technician Training Program.Responsible for the intra- and interdisciplinary day-to-day management and auditing of operational pharmacy processes. Responsible for providing pharmacy leadership with end-of-month operational metric summary. Contributes to departmental fiscal planning, cost-reduction and containment, and revenue recovery.Serves as a role-model and provides mentorship and coaching to technician personnel. Involvement in the recruitment and hiring process. Assists pharmacy leadership with time and attendance, scheduling, performance evaluations, and development of corrective actions for technician personnel. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues.

Summary:

Summary:
The Clinical Exercise Physiologist provides exercise and fitness screening, testing, and counseling and develops and implements exercise prescriptions for patients with chronic diseases. Reassesses and documents 30-day patient progress and medical fitness reports in compliance with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) time requirements.Conducts and evaluates clinical stress tests, performing continuous patient assessment through electrocardiogram monitoring and observation of physiological responses, including symptoms, appearance, heart rate, and blood pressure.Develops and documents discharge treatment plan with patient (and his/her family), physician and rehab staff.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing professional publications.Delivers high-quality patient care by assessing goals and needs through intake evaluations and test result interpretation, developing safe and effective exercise prescriptions, and creating and documenting individualized treatment plans in accordance with physician orders, medical history, patient limitations, and goals.Delivers inpatient cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation services by assessing patient eligibility, providing education, and developing and implementing individualized exercise prescriptions as appropriate. - Communicates pertinent clinical/scheduling information to the physicians, office staff and patients.
