Summary:
Memorial Healthcare System is seeking an experienced Epic provider record resource to support the management, maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of provider records within the Epic. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for provider master file (SER) and provider-related configuration, ensuring that provider information is accurate, complete, appropriately maintained, and available across the Epic application and downstream systems.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with the Epic Provider Record, strong knowledge of Epic provider data and workflows, and experience supporting a large and complex healthcare organization. The resource will work closely with Epic application teams, Credentialing, Medical Staff Services, Human Resources, IT, clinical operations, security, and other stakeholders to ensure providers are properly established and maintained throughout their lifecycle.
The Application Analyst is responsible for administration and support related to Memorial's business or clinical applications. This role provides daily management of applications for moderately complex or standard applications. The Analyst also supports systems designing, building/configuring, testing, debugging and installation in partnership with business application vendors for technical support.
Responsibilities:
Performs work of moderate complexity for assigned business application including collecting and auditing information, analyzing data, and generating reports, preparing operating instructions, and compiles documentation of program development.Analyzes operational processes and data to identify opportunities and improve existing processes for workflow optimization.Maintains knowledge of current operational workflows that are supported through the business or clinical application.Contributes to the design and upgrade of clinical systems or business systems to ensure up-to-date versions that serve all necessary clinical or business needs. Documents application data needs and business requirements as input into application upgrades and modifications for the developers.Manage applications projects as needed. Supports end-users, in partnership with selected vendors if applicable, to provide customer service and classroom/virtual training for users.Participates in vendor selection, data management, and process improvement for assigned business application.Supports associate application analysts to develop application management skill sets and understand more complex Memorial systems.Builds and codes moderately complex applications and/or modules using common programming languages to configure and maintain applications. Tests, troubleshoots to user requirements, inquiries and problems and provides input in the development or modification of currently established processes and procedures to drive application efficiency.Develops digital tools to ensure they meet applicable regulations and standards.Maintains assigned application through partnership with technical experts, vendors, and technology teams to ensure the application continues to support end-users and to mitigate any functional or operational issues. Oversees application activities including the archiving of data and security administration, and electronic data received.Partners with other business applications management teams and contractors to identify synergies and opportunities for improvement, and works with vendors to ensure upgrades and configuration changes are maintained and accurate.Designs and maintains report structure and analysis needs in order to communicate application management findings and identify areas for improvement.

Summary:
The Contract Analyst is responsible for analyzing, drafting, negotiating complex contracts to ensure compliance with Memorial’s policies, departmental protocols, legal requirements, regulatory standards, and business objectives. Summary:

Responsibilities:
Prepares equipment and supplies. Selects appropriate exposure factors and imaging parameters. Implements safety standards and performs appropriate quality control procedures on equipment. Troubleshoots, resolves, and/or reports equipment malfunctions as necessary.

Positions patient and performs imaging procedure(s). Analyzes results and identifies issues with the quality of imaging results. Takes appropriate action to resolve image quality issues, including repositioning patient and repeating procedure. Enters, transmits and reports scan results.
When ordered, prepares and administers ultrasound enhancing agents (UEA) and/or medications within scope of practice. Monitors patient condition continually and reports changes in status as thorough comprehensive preliminary report of study data to Physician staff.
Reviews patient history and physician's orders. Educates patient regarding procedures, equipment and exam to ensure patient's understanding and cooperation.

Summary:
The Patient Financial Services Representative (PFSR) serves as the first point of contact in greeting patients and guarantors in the hospital, ambulatory or medical office setting. The PFSR engages with the patient or guarantor to obtain pertinent information and answer any questions in an effort to ensure that all required demographic, financial, and insurance eligibility information is gathered and verified. Develops and maintains positive relations with the medical staff, the community, patients, families, regulatory agencies, contractors, and other applicable parties, ensuring and fostering a high level of collaboration within a highly matrixed team environment in order to coordinate activities, review work, exchange information, and resolve problems. Promotes collaboration between the system, hospital management, and medical staff. Serves as a liaison to the medical staff leadership and to the medical staff committees. Works with medical staff to assure the provision of facilities and services that fosters a high level of professional practice and responsiveness to the needs of the community, including high quality patient health care and desired medical management outcomes.
5. Provides leadership and actively participates in the development and implementation of strategic, tactical, program and operational planning. Utilizes forecasting and planning processes to identify capital and technology acquisitions and program development opportunities which achieve desired campus growth related to capacity and capability of services offered, ensuring the delivery of services that are responsive to the needs of the community.
6. Participates in community and industry activities in an effort to enhance community recognition of the organization and the campus, ensure proper regulatory and accreditation standards, and to obtain cooperation and support of the community on issues that impact the medical center. Positively represents the organization and the facility in the community and/or with various national, regional, and/or local entities, garnering desired support in order to enhance program development.
7. Implements, through management and leadership staff, a Patient Safety Plan that: fosters an environment that focuses on processes and outcomes rather than individual blame; ensures that safety is a priority in design and redesign of new services; allocates financial, informational, physical and human resources for improvement activities; and assures patient and family disclosure of “untoward outcomes.”
8. Maintains on-going communication with facility employees to ensure that the staff is well informed in regards to the strategic direction of the System. Conducts routine employee forums to inform and keep abreast of the issues that employees are facing and ensures that issues are addressed timely and appropriately to avoid third party intervention.
9. This highly complex and dynamic role has full executive leadership for an assigned medical facility and/or medical complex/center(s), ranging from a large campus in a metropolitan area with Level I trauma, high-risk neonatal, transplantation services, and medical teaching facility to a small community hospital. Attains and monitors a complex mix of services and innovations necessary to sustain a competitive advantage and achieve pre-eminence for the hospital in its community in a fast-moving healthcare environment. Excellent medical staff, employee, and community relations are vital and ever challenging. Scope of responsibility includes leading facility operational planning, consistent with organizational priories, to identify and reach short and long-term goals and overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned facility. This position also has overall budgetary responsibility for assigned area(s) of responsibility. Serves as a member of senior leadership for assigned region.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a strong knowledge in operations as normally obtained through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, management, business, or related field, coupled with a minimum of five years increasingly responsible administrative leadership experience in a healthcare or related field.
Experience representing a hospital, medical complex, and/or medical center(s) to its community, with evidence of strengthening the hospital’s presence and impact. Proven track record of partnering with medical staff to achieve desired facility-specific and organizational outcomes. Proven experience in leading fiscally sound, profitable, efficient, and responsible healthcare operations. Strong financial and business acumen, including a keen understanding of operational and financial measures that define success, as well as budgeting and forecasting methodologies, including working knowledge of capital planning and capital investment practices. Knowledge of modern national trends in hospital quality and patient safety.
Must demonstrate expert-level knowledge and awareness of area of expertise in designated facility, business entity or area and/or experience in which the knowledge, skills, and abilities are directly transferrable. Summary:
The Accounts Payable department is responsible for paying all suppliers for products and services provided to the healthcare system. This position processes all system-wide invoices using 3-way matching for Purchase Order (PO) invoices; obtains appropriate authority/approval for Non Purchase Order (NonPO), construction and service invoices; reconciles supplier accounts; resolves credit holds; pays all suppliers; processes ad hoc, garnishment and payroll deduction payments; issues checks and ACH payments for external departments; credentials suppliers; supports the needs of various departments in relation to suppliers and invoices; issues 1099s and reports to the IRS; and has a full understanding of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process to support Supply Chain with invoice resolution, match exceptions, received not invoiced (RNI) and invoices not received (INR).
Responsibilities:
Creates and works with tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF and application-generated reports to provide and manage data.Reconciles supplier statements and resolves credit holds. Works on RNI (received not invoiced) and INR (invoices not received) reports to resolve outstanding payables and invoice or supplier account problems.Actively participates in application testing and troubleshooting with the Systems Coordinator - Accounts Payable and IT.Collaborates with supply chain, receiving and various department owners to support the procure to pay cycle for the entire healthcare system. Assists buyers with match exception invoices to problem resolution.Provides clerical support for the department, including mail processing, answering phones and various office duties. Assists in training new team members.Manages assigned utility and supplier accounts. Routes invoices for needed coding and approval; utilizes bypass approval method, when appropriate, by coding/approving invoices; gathers and reports monthly utility and large supplier accruals; researches and resolves invoice and payment inquiries.Prepares batches, loads and sweeps invoices into Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software. Verifies accuracy of OCR extracted data and indexes any missing keyword data elements.Troubleshoots invoices in several applications and during various error states through to resolution.Complies printed checks with needed support documents for delivery to suppliers and end users to ensure proper payment application.Processes NonPO invoices and check requests, ensuring the appropriate approval levels are met within Memorial Healthcare System's (MHS) policy. Routes invoices out electronically for end user approval and coding. Reviews fully approved invoices for appropriate coding and approval prior to approving final payment.Reviews and audits all employee expense reports applying current policy, sending back for corrections, and routing to leaders for approval.Matches PO invoices using the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications to ensure 3-way match of invoice to PO and receipts; 2-way match of invoice to approval - all within the logic of each PO type.Manages tuition and scholarship reimbursement payments to schools and recipients.Reviews and prepares Excel multi-line and multi-distribution invoice documents; applies needed corrections and formatting and uploads to the ERP system.May perform the following: Fully engage with the preparation, data review, data upload, processing and reporting of annual 1099s.May perform the following: Add suppliers and maintain all supplier information - including ACH banking data. Work closely with the Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Vetting and Legal departments to ensure data accuracy and legitimate use of suppliers. Run necessary sanctions.
