Position Purpose:
Provider Data Management role manages the integrity of the Health Plan's provider data to maintain compliance with Federal and local requirements. This position must have knowledge and competence in regulatory requirements for the Health Plan's provider data while maintaining confidentiality and use of discretionary discernment with sensitive materials. Serves as department subject matter expert requiring knowledge of plan systems, tools, policies and procedures and acts as liaison with internal and external customers. The role will conduct audits to ensure compliance with the Centers for Medicaid and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements. Additionally, the role will be expected to produce accurate reports of the plan's provider data as required by CMS for HEDIS purposes. The ORS-Provider Data Management role will be responsible for identification of root causes regarding any discrepancies found in the provider data while working alongside all other Operations Resolution Specialists across the plan to fully resolve issues
What you will do:
Preparation of all initial direct and delegated credentialing rosters for automated Provider Data Load (PDL) process
· Process rejection reports from PDL process and correct any errors discovered
· Education of CIN, groups, etc. for future expansion regarding direct and delegated roster formats to ensure accurate PDL
· Internal audit (monitoring) of Provider Data, such as demographic changes, TIN adds, provider terms, etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· Certification: N/A
· Experience: One to three years experience preferred in either managed care health insurance.
· Effective Communication Skills.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to communicate in clear, concise terms to internal and external customer.
· Analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Experience in use of computer systems and office automation applications.
· Knowledgeable with provider credentialing and contracting terminology.
· Basic knowledge of healthcare claims process.

About the job:
In accordance with the Mission and Guiding Behaviors; the Supervisor Environmental Services supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function within Environmental Services.
What you will do:Â
- Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
- Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Assesses quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs. Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures and protocol
What we are looking for:
Education: High School education or GED preferred or 2 years previous housekeeping experience.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience and 1 year of work leadership experience

NP Qualifications:
Authorization to practice in an expanded role as a Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Current certification from a nationally recognized accrediting body approved by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing for Nurse Practitioners
Minimum of 24 contact hours beyond generic education in pharmacotherapeutics
Masters degree in Nursing

Summary:

Summary:
Manages the daily operations of a comprehensive Adult Echocardiography service line to ensure alignment with program and organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.Oversees inventory and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies.Determines, coordinates, and manages daily staffing assignments and staffing levels. The Patient Financial Services Representative (PFSR) serves as the first point of contact in greeting patients and guarantors in the hospital, ambulatory or medical office setting. 5. Confirm/process patient information regarding laboratory testing from outside agencies/satellites facilities utilizing computer systems.
6. Maintains laboratory work area in clean and orderly condition; disposes contaminated supplies and materials in the proper waste container to prevent spread of disease to patients, visitors and personnel.
7. Maintains/requests/order/stock supplies as necessary in order to keep materials available at all times.
8. Receives specimens into the laboratory from all areas and properly processes them into the department via LIS.
