Summary:
The Neurodiagnostic Clinical Educator leads the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical education programs that support neurodiagnostic services. This role oversees onboarding, competency validation, continuing education, clinical skills training, and professional development for neurodiagnostic staff. The Educator promoted clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and standardized practice while supporting the development, engagement, and retention of a highly skilled neurodiagnostic workforce.

Responsibilities:
Identifies and corrects artifacts. Edits and forwards results to attending physician for analysis and interpretation.Attaches and connects electrodes on the head and EEG machine. Performs prescribed testing.Performs long-term video EEG monitoring on patients, demonstrating proficiency in the International 10-20 system. Performs job functions following the ‘Guidelines for EEG and Long Term Neuro-Diagnostic Monitoring in Epilepsy” as set by the American Society of Electro-Neuro-Diagnostic Technologists.Reviews patient's history and educates patient about procedure. Monitors and documents patient's condition and responds to and reports any seizure symptoms.Performs data retrieval and reduction operations and video EEG recordings prepared in a form suitable for interpretation by the physician.

Summary:
The Surgical Technologist Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Trainee I facilitates the safe and efficient performance of surgical procedures. May operate independently towards the end of training on certain cardiovascular procedures.
The CVOR Surgical Technologist Training Program at Memorial Regional Hospital prepares you for a specialized, high‑impact role in cardiovascular surgery. Designed for both new graduates and experienced surgical technologists, this two‑track program builds the advanced clinical knowledge, technical skill, and independent practice required in high demand surgical environments. The program begins with 6 months of Operating Room training, followed by 12 months of specialized Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) training. Summary:
The Patient Financial Services Representative (PFSR) serves as the first point of contact in greeting patients and guarantors in the hospital, ambulatory or medical office setting. The PFSR engages with the patient or guarantor to obtain pertinent information and answer any questions in an effort to ensure that all required demographic, financial, and insurance eligibility information is gathered and verified. Ensures all required notices and consent forms are signed accordingly.
Responsibilities:
Obtains pre-certification and authorization.Provides exceptional customer service and ensures all questions and concerns are addressed in a timely and courteous manner. May guide the patient to appropriate destination for services.Collects patient out-of-pocket responsibility per collection guidelines. Provides patient estimates as requested. Prepares and balances a daily deposit of all payment collections.May schedule walk-in appointments for services offered.May confirm physician and prescription orders ensuring accuracy.Interviews patients and guarantors at the workstation or bedside to obtain all necessary information, including a copy of the patient or guarantor identification card.May perform patient discharge functions including, but not limited to, review of after visit summary (AVS), future appointment scheduling, and referrals.Explains polices including all regulatory and financial consent forms; secures all required signatures.Verifies insurance benefits including obtaining insurance card(s) and confirms coverage is active. Determines correct insurance filing order, if multiple insurance coverages are effective for that service.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists the pharmacist in preparing medications for dispensing. Does not dispense any medication that isn’t double checked by a registered pharmacist. Is directly responsible for running the pharmacy robot and maintaining stock in automated dispensing cabinets. Draws up doses in the IV class 10,000 clean room utilizing a class 100 laminar flow hood and aseptic technique. Performs pharmacy stock QA inspections on all nursing units. Makes delivery/pickup rounds to unit and departments and performs computer order entry functions. Completes other tasks as assigned by supervisors/pharmacists. Provides customer service by processing paper, electronic and phone requests for medications.
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
High School diploma required. Some previous pharmacy related or hospital clinical background preferred. Preference will be given to nationally certified pharmacy technicians.
Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.
Pharmacy Tech I : Less than one year of experience, or 1+ years of experience without a Pharmacy Technician certification
Pharmacy Tech ll: 1 year of experience and a Pharmacy Technician certification
Pharmacy Tech lll: 1 year of experience and a Pharmacy Technician certification, and a specialty area of assignment ( trainer, automation expert, etc)
