We are seeking a compassionate and motivated *Physical Therapist* to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients recover from injuries, manage pain, improve mobility, and achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities

* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercise programs.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
* Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
* Ensure compliance with all clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

*Qualifications and Schedule*

* Licensed or in the process of becoming a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physical therapy principles.
* Experience in outpatient settings preferred, but _n__*ew graduates are encouraged to apply.*_
* Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
* Ability to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
* Must be available to work in Appomattox, VA. *Monday - Friday some shifts 7 AM - 3 PM and 2 shifts 11 AM - 7 PM, each week. *_(No weekends)_

_General Orthopedics/Physical Therapy Practice_ is seeking a Licensed Orthopedic Surgeon to provide medical evaluations and treatment for adult patients, in an Outpatient General Ortho Practice. The Ortho will use their expertise in primary care and family health to provide high quality health care and medical education to patients and collaborate with a highly skilled team of Clinician's to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. _The Position is available as a "Float" between our in the __*Richmond and Midlothian, MD locations. *__This is a part time position and the pay is $250 per hour. _

_*Some Responsibilities -*_

* OS will work with a diverse mix of patients, including insured, workman's comp and personal injury.
* OS will Instruct patients and families regarding treatment plans and medications.
* Perform physical examinations, compile medical data/histories and implement treatment plans on new and existing patients.
* Monitor patients and administer medications according to Clinics policies.
* Work closely with Staff Clinicians, and other clinic support personnel.
* Provide follow-up care to patients according to Clinics policies_._

*Some Requirements -*

* Must be licensed or in the process of being licensed by the Board of Medicine, in the State of Practice.
* Be able to provide treatment 2 days, 8 - 12 hours per week between our Richmond and Midlothian clinic locations. (Schedule is based on your availability)
