PRN: .01, Shift: variable, Schedule: per diem
Position Summary
The Security Officer is a key position on our Security Services team. In this role, you provide protection over MultiCare Health System properties and facilities. You will own the responsibility for the security and safety of MultiCare patients, employees, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Conduct general security in the protection of people and property and the enforcement of all applicable policies, rules, and regulations.
- Deter criminal activity and misconduct utilizing tactical techniques.
- Utilize Management of Aggressive Behavior skills both verbally and physically as required.
- Apply the concepts of Awareness, Vigilance, Avoidance, Defense, and Escape to effectively protect and serve facility campus.
- Utilize weapons detection devices to monitor patients/visitors and ensuring the removal of contraband from facility.
- Apply appropriate techniques with assistive devices when engaging with combative/aggressive individuals.
- Effectively operate/leverage required security equipment and tools.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Current Washington or Idaho state driver’s license (driving is not required for this position at Navos Hospital).
- IAHSS basic certification or ability to obtain within one (1) year of hire date.
- Minimum six (6) months of experience in police, military, or security, preferable in a health care setting.
- Proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state. (Not required at Navos Hospital)
- BLS certification or obtained within 30 days of hire.
- First Aid training within 30 days of hire.

- $1.25/hour Weekend Differential for staff who work weekend shifts

Position Summary
The Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant is an incredible opportunity to expand your role in health care through performing clinical tasks and coordinating patient care within the MA-C license scope. As a Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant, you will work in high-collaboration with your team to ensure the best possible health care outcomes and patient experiences. You will support the unit through excellent patient customer service and clinic management assistanceResponsibilities:

Washington State Requirements:
- Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C)
- Washinton State Medical Assistant Interim Certification acceptable for up to one year from issue date or until MA-C is issued.

Position Summary
The CT Technologist is an excellent opportunity to work in collaboration with our skilled Imaging/Radiology team. In this role, you will perform CT procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative. You will work together with your team to ensure the most comprehensive and high-quality imaging care for MultiCare patients.
Responsibilities:
- You will perform all diagnostic radiology and CT tasks
- You will perform duties ranging from rooming patients, performing medical assistant/emergency department tech tasks, and assisting the provider with medical procedures, as necessary
- Collaborate with the team to accomplish strategic goals and day-to-day functions
- You will engage your highly collaborative approach to services in an emergency room environment

- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (Radiology)
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (CT) within 12 months of hire.

Requirements
- Graduate of AMA approved Respiratory Therapy Training program
- Registered (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care
- Licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with the State of Washington
- Registry eligibility notice to sit for RRT exam from NBRC required
- Advanced cardiac life support credential required within 90 days of hire depending on age of the population served: ACLS, NRP, PALS
- Health Care Provider level CPR certification
- Minimum one (1) year of acute care experience in the field of respiratory therapy and critical care as CRT preferred

Responsibilities:
- You will work at a technical level under limited supervision, independently performing MRI procedures
- You will apply independent judgment, initiative, and creative ingenuity towards all procedures
Requirements:
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (MRI) or American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) upon hire, or within 6 months of hire into this classification
- Certified with the State of Washington Department of Health, Radiologic Technologist
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS)

Position Summary
The Physical Therapist is an exciting opportunity at MultiCare, responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing medically prescribed treatment programs for patients to restore functions, relieve pain and prevent disability following disease or injury. This professional-level position gives you the capacity for independent operations as you apply discretion and good judgment toward ensuring high-quality therapeutic care.
Responsibilities:
- You will provide skilled physical therapy in accordance with the physician’s plan of care
- You will treat patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function and maintain maximum performance
- You will observe, record and report the patient’s reaction to treatment and any changes in condition
- You will instruct and advise patients, family and other health team members in the phases of physical therapy
- You will evaluate and regularly re-evaluate
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a physical therapy program at a school of physical therapy approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association or both; If licensed or registered prior to 1966, meets the alternative qualifications cited in the Medicare Conditions of Participation, Section 405, 12 or (1) (2) (3) (4)
- Licensed in the State of Washington as a physical therapist
- Health Care Provider level CPR certification
- Current Washington state driver’s license
- Minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy experience
- Minimum one (1) year of experience working with frail or elderly population preferred
- Experience in Medicare Certified Home Health preferred
