About the Opportunity
Alpaca Health partners with experienced BCBAs to build and grow their own independent ABA practices.
Instead of working for a traditional ABA company, you become the owner and clinical leader of your practice—with control over your clinical care, caseload, schedule, team, and growth.
Alpaca provides the infrastructure and support needed to get your practice up and running, including payer contracting, technology, billing, credentialing, and administrative support.
You focus on what matters most: providing exceptional care to clients and families while building a practice of your own.
What You'll Do
Provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to clients and families.
Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
Monitor client progress and use data to guide clinical decisions.
Provide clinical oversight and supervision to your team as your practice grows.
Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals involved in client care.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Build and grow your practice while maintaining high standards of clinical care.
What Alpaca Provides
Support getting your practice in-network with major insurance payers.
AI-powered technology for scheduling, documentation, data collection, and practice management.
Billing, credentialing, and administrative support.
Support with building and scaling your clinical team.
Operational infrastructure so you can spend more time focused on clients and your practice.
Who This Is For
This opportunity is a strong fit for BCBAs who:
Are ready for greater clinical and professional autonomy.
Have considered starting their own ABA practice but aren't sure where to begin.
Want to choose their clients, schedule, caseload, and team.
Want to build a practice they own rather than work for someone else's.
Have the clinical experience and entrepreneurial mindset to lead a practice.
Qualifications
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
Active Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license, where required.
Experience providing ABA services and working with clients and families.
Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practice.
Why Alpaca Health?
You shouldn't have to choose between being a great clinician and building something of your own.
With Alpaca, you remain the owner and clinical leader while we handle much of the infrastructure behind the scenes. You decide how you want to practice and how you want to grow.
If you're ready to build an ABA practice that's truly yours, we'd love to hear from you.
Apply today to learn more about building your practice with Alpaca Health.

At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice intentionally built so experienced BCBAs can focus on what they do best: designing strong programs, developing their RBT teams, and doing genuine multidisciplinary work. Our goal is to build the best clinical team, and we know to do that we have to do things differently: manageable caseloads so you can hold a high clinical bar, true day-to-day collaboration with OT, PT, and SLP, and documentation flexibility that gives your evenings back.
*What Your Day Looks Like*
Day to day, you can expect to design and guide ABA programs that drive real outcomes, conduct assessments and program reviews, supervise and mentor your RBT team with the time and structure to do it well, and lead parent training and collaborative family meetings. Your OT, PT, and SLP colleagues are not just names on a care team; they are people you talk to every day about shared clients. That kind of integrated collaboration is something most experienced BCBAs have wanted and rarely found.
A caseload of up to 10 clients. Once job responsibilities are met, notes and indirect tasks can be handled from home. Our ABA department is committed to quality care and growth, providing training on the most up-to-date care!
*What We're Offering*
*Compensation*: Salary ($90,000–$100,000/year). We'll walk through the details so you know exactly what your comp looks like. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.
*Schedule flexibility and time off*: Four- or five-day work weeks, flex days, and customizable schedules. We've built options around the reality that experienced clinicians have full lives outside of work.
*Growth opportunities*: We want to hire BCBAs who never stop growing. You'll have access to:
* *$250 CEU reimbursement, *increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
* In-house CEU opportunities and ongoing clinical guidance built into how we operate
*Leadership opportunities*: We're committed to helping BCBAs build meaningful, long-term careers. Whether your goals include deepening your clinical expertise, mentoring newer BCBAs, or stepping into a leadership role, you'll have room to grow here. Every member of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as a clinician! We're committed to building leadership from within.
*Sign-on bonus*: Up to $10,000!
*Benefits options*: Medical, dental, vision plans for individuals and families, tenure-based PTO and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!
*What You Need*
* Current BCBA certification in good standing
* 5+ years of clinical experience in a center-based or outpatient ABA setting
At Woven Care, our clinicians are the backbone of what we do, and we are dedicated to building a company that supports YOU. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of BCBAs, OTs, SLPs, and PTs, working cross-functionally every day. You'll have the flexibility to structure your week around your family, not the other way around, and the leadership and mentorship opportunities to grow with Woven Care for the long haul.
At Woven Care, we've intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!). We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable workloads for our team, while supporting our mission through collaboration and connection. You know how to treat patients.
You’ve been doing this long enough to recognize patterns faster, make better clinical decisions, and help people get results that once felt much harder to achieve.
And somewhere along the way, another question starts showing up.
What would it look like to build something of your own?
Maybe you notice how schedules are managed and think you would approach it differently.
Maybe you have ideas about patient experience, team culture, referral relationships, or how a clinic could operate better.
Maybe ownership has crossed your mind more than once.
But there is a big difference between being an excellent Physical Therapist and knowing how to run a successful Physical Therapy practice.
Most clinicians are never taught the second part.
They are not taught how to read financial statements, understand reimbursement, manage payroll, hire a team, build referral relationships, navigate credentialing, or keep a clinic financially healthy while it grows.
At Propel Physical Therapy Services, we want to give you exposure to those things before you ever have to learn them through trial, error, and your own bank account.
*Compensation and Benefits*
* *$80,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience*
* *Medical, dental, and vision insurance*
* *401(k)*
* *Paid time off*
* *Continuing education support*
* *License reimbursement*
* *Life insurance*
* *Retirement plan*
* *Opportunities for advancement*
* *Business and leadership development*
* *A genuine path toward future equity and ownership*
*What You Will Actually Learn Here*
Your clinical development still matters.
But this role is also designed to give you visibility into what happens behind the scenes of a growing Physical Therapy practice.
You will learn how decisions are made, why certain systems exist, what numbers matter, and what it actually takes to operate a successful clinic.
Not just the theory.
The day-to-day reality.
*The Numbers*
You will gain exposure to the financial metrics that determine whether a clinic is healthy, including:
* P&L
* Payer mix
* Reimbursement per visit
* Cost per visit
* Arrival and cancellation rates
* Monthly break-even
* Clinic profitability
You will begin to understand how clinical decisions, staffing, scheduling, and patient volume connect directly to the financial health of a practice.
*The Systems*
You will learn how the operational side of Physical Therapy works, including:
* Scheduling and capacity
* Revenue cycle
* Credentialing
* EMR
* Compliance
* Clinic operations
* Identifying operational problems and improving the systems behind them
You will see what happens when systems work well, what happens when they do not, and how strong practices adapt.
*The People Part*
Running a successful clinic also means learning how to lead people.
You will gain experience with:
* Hiring
* Onboarding
* Setting expectations
* Coaching
* Accountability
* Navigating difficult conversations
Because leadership requires a completely different skill set than treating patients.
And if ownership is something you want someday, you need both.
*Growth*
You will also gain exposure to the activities that help a clinic expand, including:
* Physician and referral relationships
* Community partnerships
* Employer relationships
* Marketing
* Patient acquisition
* Clinic growth
You will learn how strong clinics create opportunities instead of simply waiting for patients to arrive.
*Direct Access to Ownership*
You will have opportunities to work closely with the owner and understand the decisions that happen behind the scenes.
Why was that decision made?
What worked?
What did not?
Which investments paid off?
Which mistakes were expensive?
What would you change if you had to do it again?
These are conversations most Physical Therapists never get access to until they are already running a business themselves.
*The Path Is Defined*
Strong Clinician → Leadership Responsibilities → Clinic Director → Equity and Ownership Opportunity
As Propel continues growing, there is an opportunity for the right Physical Therapist to grow alongside the company.
The goal is not to push you into ownership.
The goal is to give you enough exposure to leadership and business that you can make an informed decision about whether ownership is actually right for you.
Over the next one to two years, you should have a much better understanding of what running a clinic requires.
And you can gain that perspective before signing a lease, taking on debt, hiring employees, or investing your own money into a practice.
If you eventually decide ownership is not the path you want, that is completely fine.
You will still become a stronger clinician and leader because of what you learned along the way.
*The Clinical Work*
You are still a Physical Therapist first.
You will provide one-on-one care to active adults, athletes, runners, golfers, and patients who want to move better, perform better, and return to the activities that matter to them.
Your work may include:
* Manual therapy
* Dry needling
* Corrective exercise
* Strength and mobility training
* Comprehensive movement assessment
* Orthopedic rehabilitation
* Sports rehabilitation
* Return-to-activity progression
* Individualized patient education
You will have meaningful autonomy over your plan of care and the opportunity to use your clinical reasoning rather than simply follow a predetermined protocol.
*Who This Is For*
* *Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas or license eligible*
* Ideally *2+ years in practice*
* You are committed to continuing your clinical development
* You invest in courses, mentorship, and improving your skills
* You care about the person in front of you, not only the diagnosis
* You want increasing responsibility as your career develops
* You are genuinely interested in learning how a Physical Therapy business operates
* You have ambition and are comfortable pursuing a bigger professional path
*This Is More Than Another PT Job*
You can find plenty of Physical Therapy positions where the expectations are simple.
Treat your patients.
Complete your documentation.
Go home.
Repeat.
There is nothing wrong with that.
But if you keep wondering what the next level of your career could look like, this role gives you an opportunity to explore it.
Strengthen your clinical skills.
Understand how a successful practice operates.
Learn how to lead people.
See how clinics grow.
And decide whether becoming an owner belongs in your future.

*Breathe In Motion | Brookfield, Wisconsin*
Breathe In Motion is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist to join our Brookfield team.
We are a cash-based physical therapy practice built for active women and female athletes who want more than temporary symptom relief. Our clinicians have the time, autonomy, mentorship, and resources to figure out the root cause, help patients build strength, and keep them doing what they love for the long game.
We’re looking for a PT with experience or a strong clinical interest in *orthopedics, pelvic health, or ideally a combination of both.*
This might be your place if you…
You love treating active people and female athletes.
You’re passionate about orthopedics and/or pelvic health and want to continue becoming an exceptional clinician.
You want to treat the whole person rather than one body part.
You believe physical therapy should include movement, strength, education, hands-on care, and a plan for long-term performance.
You’re curious. You ask questions. You love learning and genuinely want feedback that makes you better.
You value candor, have high integrity, and are willing to speak the truth respectfully—even when it would be easier not to.
You take ownership when something goes wrong and look for ways to make it right. You actively seek out feedback.
You’re the kind of person who naturally goes a little above and beyond. You add the extra sprinkles without needing someone to ask.
And yes, there's a decent chance you enjoy working out yourself—whether that's running, strength training, Pilates, Orangetheory, Burn Boot Camp, Solidcore, or something else that keeps you moving.
*What makes Breathe In Motion different?*
Our model gives clinicians the opportunity to actually practice the way they were trained to practice.
You'll work in *55-minute, one-on-one sessions* without juggling multiple patients at once or treating according to insurance limitations.
Our clinical philosophy follows three phases:
*Calm the storm → Fix the root cause → The Long Game*
We don't want patients dependent on physical therapy forever. We want to help them move from pain and injury into strength, performance, prevention, and confidence in their bodies.
You'll also be surrounded by clinicians who care deeply about getting better. We invest heavily in mentorship, continuing education, specialty development, and collaboration.
What you'll get
* One-on-one patient care
* A cash-based model without insurance productivity pressures
* *Unlimited continuing education budget*
* Strong clinical mentorship and collaboration (we don't just say this, we actually provide mentorship on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and have systems in place to do this.)
* Opportunities to develop specialties and areas of expertise
* A team that values learning, feedback, ownership, and growth
* Competitive compensation with opportunities for performance-based bonuses
* Paid time off for full-time team members
* SIMPLE IRA with company match after eligibility requirements are met
* Healthcare stipend/benefits for eligible full-time employees
* A growing company with opportunities to take on leadership, mentorship, and new initiatives as we continue to scale
Who we're looking for
Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and eligibility for Wisconsin PT licensure are required.
Clinical experience is preferred, particularly in *orthopedics and/or pelvic health*, but we care just as much about the person joining our team.
*A strong core-values fit is a must.*
We're looking for someone who is passionate about female athletes, loves learning, accepts feedback well, communicates directly, takes ownership, and wants to contribute to a team—not simply show up, treat patients, and go home.
*About Breathe In Motion*
Breathe In Motion is a growing, women-focused physical therapy and performance company with locations in Brookfield and Mequon, Wisconsin.
We specialize in helping active women and female athletes solve the root cause of pain, build strength, return to the activities they love, and train for life.
We're building something different from traditional physical therapy and we're looking for clinicians who want to help build it with us. This is NOT a clock in, clock out position. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about our profession and changing the narrative for female athletes.
*Location:* Brookfield, WI
*Position:* Physical Therapist – Orthopedics and/or Pelvic Health
*Schedule:* Full-time preferred, Flexibility in schedule.
2+ years of experience preferred
If this sounds like the kind of physical therapist you want to become and the kind of team you want to be surrounded by, we'd love to meet you.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
Benefits:
* Continuing education credits
* Flexible schedule
* Health insurance
* License reimbursement
* Opportunities for advancement
