You focus on what matters most: providing exceptional care to clients and families while building a practice of your own.
What You'll Do

Experience providing ABA services and working with clients and families.

At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice intentionally built so experienced BCBAs can focus on what they do best: designing strong programs, developing their RBT teams, and doing genuine multidisciplinary work. Our goal is to build the best clinical team, and we know to do that we have to do things differently: manageable caseloads so you can hold a high clinical bar, true day-to-day collaboration with OT, PT, and SLP, and documentation flexibility that gives your evenings back.
*What Your Day Looks Like*
Day to day, you can expect to design and guide ABA programs that drive real outcomes, conduct assessments and program reviews, supervise and mentor your RBT team with the time and structure to do it well, and lead parent training and collaborative family meetings. Your OT, PT, and SLP colleagues are not just names on a care team; they are people you talk to every day about shared clients. That kind of integrated collaboration is something most experienced BCBAs have wanted and rarely found.
A caseload of up to 10 clients. Once job responsibilities are met, notes and indirect tasks can be handled from home. Our ABA department is committed to quality care and growth, providing training on the most up-to-date care!
*What We're Offering*
*Compensation*: Salary ($90,000–$100,000/year). We'll walk through the details so you know exactly what your comp looks like. Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.
*Schedule flexibility and time off*: Four- or five-day work weeks, flex days, and customizable schedules. We've built options around the reality that experienced clinicians have full lives outside of work.
*Growth opportunities*: We want to hire BCBAs who never stop growing. You'll have access to:
* *$250 CEU reimbursement, *increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
* In-house CEU opportunities and ongoing clinical guidance built into how we operate
*Leadership opportunities*: We're committed to helping BCBAs build meaningful, long-term careers. Whether your goals include deepening your clinical expertise, mentoring newer BCBAs, or stepping into a leadership role, you'll have room to grow here. Every member of our clinical leadership team started at Woven Care as a clinician! We're committed to building leadership from within.
*Sign-on bonus*: Up to $10,000!
*Benefits options*: Medical, dental, vision plans for individuals and families, tenure-based PTO and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!
*What You Need*
* Current BCBA certification in good standing
* 5+ years of clinical experience in a center-based or outpatient ABA setting
At Woven Care, our clinicians are the backbone of what we do, and we are dedicated to building a company that supports YOU. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of BCBAs, OTs, SLPs, and PTs, working cross-functionally every day. You'll have the flexibility to structure your week around your family, not the other way around, and the leadership and mentorship opportunities to grow with Woven Care for the long haul.
At Woven Care, we've intentionally built a culture that embraces challenges: we're driven by excellence while encouraging fun (we do work with kids, after all!). We believe deeply in the day-to-day impact of our work while also providing opportunities for long-term career growth and leadership opportunities for our team members. We offer real flexibility and manageable workloads for our team, while supporting our mission through collaboration and connection. We think this is what makes Woven Care such a special place to work and why such special people choose to work with us!
