WHY WORK WITH US?A SMALLER FACILITY. A BIGGER IMPACT.
We believe rehabilitation works best when you *know the person you're treating.*
At our facility, you'll have the opportunity to:
*Build relationships.*
Get to know residents and their individual goals rather than treating them as a diagnosis or room number.
*Work with a supportive team.*
Our therapy and nursing teams communicate closely to provide consistent resident-centered care.
*Have flexibility.*
PRN scheduling allows you to work when you are available while still making a meaningful contribution.
*Use your clinical expertise.*

* Compassionate and resident-focused.
* Clinically confident and professional.
* Dependable and responsive.
* A strong communicator.
* Comfortable working independently.
* Collaborative with nursing and the interdisciplinary team.
* Organized and detail-oriented.
* Passionate about helping older adults maintain or regain independence.
* Committed to quality documentation and clinical outcomes.
* Someone who enjoys working in a *small, personal healthcare environment.*
QUALIFICATIONSRequired:
