Areté Health brings together Brunswick Physical Therapy and ProFlex Physical Therapy, two established outpatient rehabilitation brands united by a shared commitment to exceptional care, continuous improvement, and investing in the people who make that care possible.
While each brand maintains its own local identity and connection to the communities it serves, our teams are supported by the broader resources, technology, and infrastructure of Areté Health.
At our core, we believe a career should be about more than simply filling a position. People join us at different stages of their careers and with different goals. Some are looking for mentorship and confidence early in their careers. Others want to deepen their expertise, pursue specialization, lead teams, grow practices, or take on something entirely new.
Our goal is to meet people where they are and help them build what comes next.
Through professional development, mentorship, career pathways, and opportunities for continued growth, we are building an organization where team members can develop both personally and professionally. For our clinicians, programs such as Momentum, our peer-to-peer mentorship program, and TAP, Talent Advancement Pathways, are designed to support clinical development, specialization, advanced certifications, mentorship, leadership, and practice growth.
Our culture, The Areté Way, is centered on continuous growth across five areas: Family and Relationships, Personal Discipline, Professional Growth, Financial Intelligence, and Clinical Mastery.
Whether you join Brunswick Physical Therapy, ProFlex Physical Therapy, or the Areté Health support team, you’ll be part of a growing organization focused on creating a better experience for our patients, our teams, and the communities we serve, while becoming 1% Better Every Day.
ProFlex Physical Therapy, powered by Areté Health, is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our team in Chantilly, VA.
We’re not simply looking to fill an opening. We’re looking for someone who wants to do meaningful work, contribute to a strong team, and continue growing along the way.
As our Physical Therapist, you’ll help patients recover from injuries, improve mobility, and return to the activities that matter to them through individualized, evidence-based care. You’ll be part of a team focused on delivering a great experience for our patients, supporting one another, and continuing to grow and improve together.
What you'll want to know
Compensation: $85,000-$105,000 annually, based on experience, plus applicable performance-based incentive opportunities. Eligible clinicians may also have access to up to $20,000 in personalized career investment support, which may be applied toward areas such as student loan repayment, advanced training, certifications, residency, relocation, or other professional development opportunities, subject to eligibility and program terms.
Schedule: Full-time
Location: ProFlex Physical Therapy | Chantilly, VA | Onsite clinical position
The opportunity: Join a collaborative outpatient team with access to clinical mentorship, professional development resources, and opportunities to continue building your clinical expertise and career.
What you'll do
Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions using evidence-based physical therapy practices
Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s goals, progress, and functional needs
Build strong relationships with patients and help them take an active role in their recovery
Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with the Clinic Director and clinical team to provide a consistent, positive patient experience
Participate in team collaboration, clinical mentorship, and ongoing professional development
What we're looking for
Required
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in Virginia, or eligibility to obtain licensure before starting
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication skills and a commitment to individualized, patient-centered care
Preferred
Previous experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Experience treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions
Interest in continuing education, clinical development, and collaborative patient care
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
What you can expect from us
We know people are motivated by different things at different stages of their careers. Our goal is to provide the support, resources, and opportunities that help our team members succeed today while continuing to build toward what comes next.
Depending on your role, employment status, eligibility, and applicable program terms, you may have access to:
Competitive compensation and performance-based incentive opportunities
Medical, dental, and vision benefits
Paid time off and company holidays
Professional development and continuing education support
Mentorship and career development opportunities
Opportunities to build clinical expertise, pursue leadership, or grow into new areas of responsibility
Technology, tools, and operational resources designed to support your work
Personalized career investment opportunities that may include additional financial support for professional or career development, based on role, eligibility, and organizational needs
A collaborative environment focused on accountability, growth, and continuous improvement
We don’t believe every career should follow the same path. We want to understand what matters to you, where you want to grow, and how your next opportunity can help you get there.
The pay range for this role is:
85,000 - 105,000 USD per year(VA)
