* Company-paid life and long-term disability insurance
* Paid licensure fees

Our goal is to grow clinicians into confident leaders.
At ORS, we are 100% privately owned and operated by practicing physical therapists who understand the realities of the profession. For nearly 40 years, we’ve built a strong reputation in the communities we serve—earning loyalty from patients and long-term trust. We’re not just about getting patients in and out the door. We believe care should be personal, hands-on, and impactful—the kind we’d want for ourselves. Our team is equipped with the tools, training, and time needed to provide manual therapy, functional and corrective exercises, and patient education—empowering every patient to take an active role in their recovery.
At ORS, we’re in the business of transforming lives—whether you’re a patient, a neighbor, or a member of our team.
