Catholic Community Services, Family Behavioral Health is looking for a Board Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist or Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team of innovators who explore and develop new approaches and implement novel strategies. Our teams provide individualized, creative and flexible services, infused with evidence-based and evidence-informed strategies.

*JOB SUMMARY:*
* Conducts psychiatric assessment of Consumers, including both children and parents/guardians who are being served by the program.
* Participates in regular intervention reviews and ongoing treatment planning for all consumers.
* Meets regularly and as needed with consumers for medication monitoring/management; consults with families as appropriate.
* Provides regular psychiatric/medical consultation and direction to clinical staff.
* Evaluates medication needs, prescribes, and supervises ongoing medication needs for all assigned clients.
* Participates in community collaborations and planning efforts.
* Consults regularly with leadership around service needs.
* Completes all paperwork and record keeping required of position.
* Provides after-hours, on-call consultation via phone, as needed.
* Psychiatrist provides consultation with PMHNP staff on complex cases or when requested.
* Other duties may be included.
*WHAT WE ARE SEEKING IN A CANDIDATE:*
* Psychiatrist should be: licensed to practice medicine in Washington State; license and DEA certificate in good standing; ability to meet necessary privileging and credentialing criteria (JCAHO and NCQA). Board Certified as Adolescent Psychiatrist (or BE certification).
* Nurse Practitioner should be: Certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and licensed to practice in Washington State; license and DEA certificate in good standing; ability to meet necessary privileging and credentialing criteria (JCAHO and NCQA).
* Two years’ experience working with children and families in a clinical setting with strong knowledge of child and adolescent development and family involvement.
* Demonstrated competence in assessment, diagnosis, medication evaluation and current, sound prescriptive practices for seriously mentally ill children.
* Commitment to strengths-based, family-centered, and individually-tailored clinical approaches.
* Ability to understand and work with multiple client-serving systems (mental health, child welfare, education, juvenile justice/courts, public health, social services).
* Commitment to working collaboratively with staff of diverse backgrounds, training, and experience and to promoting teamwork in a multi-disciplinary environment.
* Must successfully pass required background clearances, prior to employment offer.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

This is a Part Time (5 hrs per week) position and must be on-site.
The Psychiatrist provides comprehensive mental health care to patients in a correctional setting, including psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, treatment planning, and medication management. This role collaborates with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure integrated, evidence-based care. The Psychiatrist will maintain accurate medical records, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support the overall mental health program within the facility.
How YOU can Make an Impact:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care to inmates.
Provide psychiatric crisis intervention for inmates experiencing acute mental health episodes or emotional distress. Ensure timely and effective treatment to manage self-harm risks, suicidal ideation, and aggressive behaviors.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals and correctional staff, to ensure coordinated care for patients with complex mental health and medical needs.
Provide mental health education to inmates, correctional staff, and other medical personnel, to help reduce stigma of mental health treatment and improve understanding of psychiatric disorders.
Document promptly and properly.
Provide specialized care for inmates with mental health conditions, including those with co-occurring substance use disorders, traumatic brain injuries, or histories of abuse. Address the mental health needs of high-risk or vulnerable populations such as those in segregation or those with suicidal ideation.
Conduct regular risk assessments for suicidal ideation, violent behavior, and other potential threats to inmate or staff safety. Recommendation protocols for safety and initiate involuntary treatment as necessary.
Uphold the highest standards of psychiatric practice, including ensuring informed consent for treatment, respecting patient confidentiality, and adhering to ethical guidelines set forth by psychiatric governing bodies.
Participate in continuous quality improvement (CQI) efforts, including audits, reviews, and feedback to improve patient care and ensure compliance with mental health laws, regulations, and facility standards.
Provide supervision and/or collaboration to Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioners where needed.
Participate in training and educational initiatives for correctional staff, helping them recognize signs of mental illness and understand how to appropriately interact with inmates with mental health issues.
Provide Call-by-Phone coverage as needed, including after-hours psychiatric care for inmates experiencing psychiatric crises or severe distress.
What we Ask of YOU:
A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington.
Board Certified preferred; Board Eligible welcomed. Must have completed an accredited Residency in Psychiatry.
A current, valid DEA Registration, or be willing to obtain Registration.
At least 3-5 years of clinical practice; plus, 1-2 years in correctional healthcare; clinical rotations in Residency/Fellowships count to satisfy this requirement.
Experience in diagnosis, treatment planning, and providing healthcare services in a managed care or correctional facility setting is highly preferred.
Active CPR/BLS certificate required prior to Start Date (American Heart Association/American Red Cross guideline approved).

We have an excellent opportunity for a full-time Family Medicine physician with OB and C-section skills at our Chelan location. Our Chelan site is staffed with 4 physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Provider’s. Full time is 4, 8-hour clinic days per week. Inpatient and OB call is shared with the other practice in town and averages every 5th night. Our Chelan site is home to a Family Medicine residency rural-training track and resident teaching is an integral part of the position.
This is a predominantly clinical role that includes protected faculty time, as the Chelan clinic serves as a provider training site.
Chelan is a destination resort town at the foot of a 50-mile mountain lake, surrounded by vineyards and mountains, with hot dry summers and snowy winters. The population of Chelan and the surrounding communities is 8,000, which swells to 20,000 on any given day during the summer. We are a 3-hour drive from Seattle and Spokane with airline service in Wenatchee, 45 minutes away.

Position Summary
The Trauma Orthopedic Surgeon plays a critical role in the emergency and long-term care of patients with complex musculoskeletal injuries. They work as part of a multidisciplinary team—including Emergency Physicians, Trauma Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, and Rehabilitation Specialists—to provide rapid assessment, surgical intervention, and recovery planning for traumatic orthopedic injuries.
The Trauma Orthopedic Surgeon specializes in managing severe fractures, joint dislocations, soft tissue injuries, and other musculoskeletal trauma resulting from accidents, falls, or high-impact events. They perform advanced procedures such as fracture fixation, limb reconstruction, and soft tissue repair while guiding post-surgical rehabilitation to restore function and mobility. Additionally, they collaborate with emergency and critical care teams to stabilize patients and develop individualized recovery strategies.Responsibilities • Evaluate and diagnose patients with musculoskeletal disorders and injuries • Perform surgical procedures, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and soft tissue reconstructions • Educate patients about surgical and non-surgical treatment options • Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to hospital policies and industry regulations • On Call rotation with the provider group. Practicing within a Commission on Cancer (CoC)-accredited comprehensive cancer program, you’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized, evidence-based, and compassionate care for patients across all stages of urologic cancer.Responsibilities • Diagnose and treat disorders and cancers of the urinary tract and male reproductive system, including prostate, bladder, kidney, and testicular malignancies. • Perform advanced procedures such as radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, and cystectomy, often utilizing minimally invasive and robotic-assisted techniques to enhance precision and recovery. • Interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results related to endocrine disorders. • Develop and manage pre- and post-operative care plans. • Work closely with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and primary care providers to ensure comprehensive patient care. • Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and case reviews. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation • Ensure adherence to surgical safety protocols and institutional policies. • Educate patients and families on surgical procedures, risks, and recovery expectations. • Stay current with advancements in urological oncology through continuing education. • Mentor residents, fellows, or junior staff as applicable. • Participate in clinical trials or research initiatives aimed at improving surgical outcomes and techniques (if applicable). • Participate in tumor boards, care conferences, and quality improvement initiatives.
