*The Role*
* We are seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) licensed in Missouri to join our Columbia, Missouri clinic and build a personal patient panel.
* You will help grow and manage a panel of approximately 800 patients when full, providing accessible, high-quality care in a membership-based, insurance-free environment.
*What You’ll Do*
* Build and manage your own patient panel
* Deliver comprehensive, relationship-based primary care
* Maintain timely documentation, communication, and follow-up
* Work collaboratively with the team to support patient experience and growth
* Potential for collaboration and oversight of mid-level care providers
*Ownership of your panel is expected. Consistency is required.*
*What We’re Looking For*
* Board Certified Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO)
* Active Missouri license
* Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
* Committed to patient-centered, relationship-based care

*Schedule & Compensation*
* Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
* Minimal evening and weekend call
* Pay: $175,000.00 - $255,000.00
* Starting salary is $175,000. Compensation increases coincide with patient panel growth

Education Qualifications
- Clinical doctorate is required.
- Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required.
- Licensed physician in the state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
- Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty.
- Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program.
- Must be board certified or board eligible.
