Under the general direction of the Manager of Support Services and Supervisors of Support Services the Anesthesia Tech/Patient Specialty Services Tech primary function is to assist the anesthesiologist in preparation of equipment needed to administer anesthesia; setting up invasive lines for patient monitoring, performing cell saving procedures, setting up laser and video equipment and assisting in laser procedures, setting up other O.R. equipment and performing clerical and coordinating duties as assigned by OR Leadership. - We strongly prefer candidates with either certifications recognized by ASATT: Certified Anesthesia Technologist (Cer.A.T.T.) or Certified Anesthesia Technician (Cer.A.T.).
- Experience with Rapid Transfuser and invasive intravenous patient lines required.
- Skills in setting priorities, organizing workload effectively and integrating multiple assignments with multilevel personnel.

At the level of Principal EEG Technologist, it is expected that the individual show self-direction and initiative with minimal supervision. The basic elements of EEG and EP acquisition should already be mastered as well as artifact detection/elimination skills. Advanced techniques are mastered and applied independently at this level, such as intra-operative monitoring of complex procedures. The technologist should be able to describe EEG and EP findings to junior faculty in a review-style format. Principal EEG Technologists must be flexible enough to learn new and advanced protocols when needed. Principal Technologists should serve as resources for junior staff. They are also expected to take responsibility for certain specific aspects of laboratory organization and serve as the lead lab team member in those individual areas of responsibility. The Principal Technologist will maintain ABRET registration credentials as a registered EEG and/or a Certified Neurological Intra-operative Monitorist (CNIM). They are also expected to acquire continuing education units as recommended by the national accrediting body in the field, and keep up to date with changes and advances in the field.
A minimum of three years of experience in the related fields is required for the PRN EEG title. Those who do not meet those requirements will be considered for the EEG Technologist title.
Staff Technologist Salary Range: $44.12 - $58.19/Hourly
Senior Technologist Salary Range: $47.78 - $63.04/Hourly
Principal Technologist Salary Range: $63.25 - $83.45/Hourly

Performs auditory and visual evoked potential tests. Observes the patient and keeps a careful record of his/her behavior. Responsible for minor equipment repair.
As an EEG Technologist, you will:
- Writes a comprehensive patient history gathering appropriate information from patient, patient’s record and family members to include seizure types, date of last seizure, other neurological symptomatology and medications.
- Explains test procedure to patient and family members present. Modifies communication based on age, developmental level and background of patient.
- Performs EEG record according to the standards of the laboratory (routine sleep, bedside and electro cerebral silence recordings)
- Implements alternative methods or adjusts control to obtain optimal recording. This may include appropriate control setting changes on the machine, use of extra electrodes, extra montages and use of activation procedures.
- Recognizes artifact (patient or environmental). Documents, eliminates or takes proper measures to monitor the artifact.
- Takes appropriate actions during patient emergency situations and ensures patient safety at all times. Demonstrates understanding of the unique needs of the patient population served.
- Demonstrates positive interpersonal skills with patients, patient families, lab staff, physicians and other members of the hospital staff.

What you will do:

Picking 1)Be responsible for picking a minimum of 100 lines per hour, achieving this benchmark within a period of time determined to be acceptable by the Supply Chain Leader, but at no time picking less than 60 lines per hour. NOTE: The lines per hour pick time is intended to be fully inclusive of all the complete replenishment to the respective point-of-use location, thereby taking into account pick time, travel time to the department, and replenishment time. Pick all orders requested by unit department by time basis unless directed by lead in shift. 2)Be responsible at all times for the accuracy of your respective inventory picks. Essential Functions:
- Collects and/or processes patient blood obtained by venipuncture and/or capillary puncture timely and accurate.
- Processes nonblood patient specimens in a timely and accurate fashion.
- Assists in specimen preparation, receipt, and transport of patient specimens.
- Performs patient registration.
- Provides phone support for patient care areas in a polite and supportive manner.
- Maintains competency with hospital and laboratory information systems as needed to perform job duties.
- Trains new team members and/or students in the department including any standard work processes applicable to the work area.
- Receives lab orders from providers, prepares necessary documentation, and performs all routine laboratory tests.
- Maintains necessary documentation for all tests according to standards and labeling all specimens following set standards. Maintains knowledge of specimen collection devices and tubes.
- Maintains equipment, keeps area clean, stocks supplies and keeps work space organized.
- Practices sterile technique and prevents cross contamination. Handles blood and body fluids and deals with infectious patients.
- Performs minor laboratory procedures accurately, precisely, and efficiently under minimal supervision including chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, and immunology.
- Perform phlebotomy through venous and capillary puncture following established procedures in accordance with age specific considerations of patients. Observes strict principles of antisepsis to prevent infection of patient and contamination of specimens.
- Receives and collects urine specimens to perform all routine tests.
- Performs specimen preparation for all procedures/tests.
- Maintains supplies inventory communicating needs to supervisor.
- Reports varying in-house test results in addition to all abnormal findings to clinical staff.
- Complies with all policies and OSHA regulations related to safety, cleanliness, and infection control. Practices sterile technique and prevents cross contamination. Handles blood and body fluids and deals with infectious patients.
- Follows general safety procedures and utilizes PPE appropriately.
Education, Experience and Certifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certification in phlebotomy preferred for facilities where phlebotomy is an assigned duty.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques to perform minor laboratory tests.
- Knowledge of laboratory equipment and testing to operate, clean, and sterilize.
- Knowledge of appropriate medical terminology to communicate with staff.

POSITION PURPOSE
Provides Planned Maintenance (PM), safety testing, repairs, calibration, installation, routine and emergency service to general and various specialized diagnostic and therapeutic medical equipment, as assigned by the Clinical Engineering (CE) Manager.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Knows, understands, incorporates and demonstrates the mission, vision and core values of Trinity Health and the Ministry Organization in leadership behaviors, practices and decisions.
Performs PM procedures on multiple types of general and specialized clinical equipment.
Performs PM procedures using manufacturer’s recommendations, standards or code requirements, as well as industry acceptable processes as guidelines.
Performs corrective maintenance procedures including diagnosing problems using thermodynamic, electronic/electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or other sciences and documents results of activities performed to comply with all regulatory and standard requirements.
Notifies equipment users, CE Managers, and Regional Director of repair status and delays as necessary.
Interacts with clinical staff to understand and resolve operational problems in scheduling and completing PM procedures while minimizing interference to hospital departments.
Determines need for replacement parts and supplies, selects the most cost effective source, and submits properly completed parts request using established policies and guidelines.
Completes corrective and planned maintenance work order documentation per policy.
Promotes teamwork by keeping others informed, participating effectively in group decision making, works to accomplish team objectives and projects, and solicits feedback about one's effectiveness as a team member.
Continually improves processes by seeking ways to eliminate and reduce waste.
Has authority (based on department guidelines) to order parts and supplies required for emergency service or repair of medical equipment. Recommends test equipment and spare equipment parts to the CE Manager or Lead Technician.
Provides on-call service coverage after normal business hours on a rotating basis, as assigned.
Provides assistance and training to Bio-Medical Equipment Technician I as assigned by Clinical Engineering Management.
May be assigned duties as Lead Bio-Medical Equipment Technician, as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned or requested by the CE Manager.
Maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State and local laws/regulations; the Trinity Health Integrity and Compliance Program and Code of Conduct; as well as other policies and procedures in order to ensure adherence in a manner that reflects honest, ethical and professional behavior.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of an Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in related field of medical electronics, electronic technology or equivalent military or related training required. CBET certification preferred.
Three to five years experience or equivalent, performing corrective and planned maintenance on medical devices and/or clinical support equipment.
Must have a basic understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
Working knowledge and ability to use basic hand tools and test equipment specific to the field. Ability to train CE associates on use and application of select test equipment.
Must have knowledge and understanding of OSHA, NFPA, The Joint Commission, CAHO, EOC, FDA and other specific regulations and standards pertaining to clinical equipment service and repair.
Must possess a personal presence that is characterized by a sense of honesty, integrity and caring with ability to inspire and motivate others to promote the philosophy, mission, vision, goals and values of Trinity Health, Ministry Organizations, and Clinical Engineering.
Ability to operate complex test equipment, analyze and interpret information provided by equipment and clinical staff to determine equipment operational condition.
Must have basic understanding of personal computer operation, applications, and ability to input data using keyboard. Technician must be able to follow complex written instructions, perform tasks and document actions taken.
Strong customer service communications skills are required to interact with hospital personnel and vendors to achieve positive outcomes. .
Ability to provide or coordinate in-service training to clinical/professional staff on medical device operations and safety functions.

Compensation:

- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Operates all department equipment in designated decontamination areas and promptly reports issues to the Assistant Nurse Manager of Endoscopy. 2. Performs manual and/or automated decontamination of scopes and other instruments. 3. Inspects scopes and instruments to ensure cleanliness and proper functionality. 4. Assembles scopes and instruments into proper carrying containers according to procedure room needs. 5. Packages special instruments according to manufacturer's instructions. 6. Performs required decontamination and verifies adequacy of the process. 7. Maintains documentation of decontamination processes utilizing Endora system. 8. Stores scopes and other instruments in identified location. 9. Collects instruments for special sterilization, delivers to the specific areas for sterilization, and picks up instruments post sterilization process for storage or immediate use in the Endoscopy unit. 10. Assists other team members as needed, such as delivery of specimen to the pathology laboratory area and other errands assisting workflow and patient throughput. 12. Exhibits competency in assisting general endoscopic procedures within the Endoscopy unit, at the patient?s bedside in critical care, and in OR such as EGD, colonoscopy, specimen collection, snares, biopsy forceps, and dilations.

$19.80 - $29.70Major Responsibilities: 2-Bin Inventory Management 9)Be responsible to maintain all assigned 2-Bin inventory locations, ensuring that the inventory is placed in the appropriate bin, the room is organized and orderly, the 2-Bin standard has been adhered to and not disrupted in any manner, stock is not placed in bins incorrectly, bins have not been removed from the room and that debris is not on the floor or under the inventory racks. 1)Be responsible to pick and pull all regularly scheduled inventory to replenish all assigned inventory locations at 100% accuracy. 2)Deliver all 2-Bin replenishment orders to the appropriate 2-bin inventory location. 3)Restock all 2-Bins with items picked and restock in appropriate bin and perform an inventory cycle count in bin to insure inventory accuracy. 4)Check for expired product and replace with appropriate product and adjust the inventory count by performing an inventory cycle count. 5)Perform a supplement restock when requested or when requested. 6)Pick up all empty bins and any product returns from the assigned inventory locations. Return all such product to the General Stores and stage the product in the return location with appropriate paper work and signature ready for credit. 7)Be responsible to perform a monthly 2-Bin inventory of designated locations, or as assigned. 8)Be responsible to understand and use DemandTrack on a regular basis for assessing and tracking all inventory velocity and usage, making PAR adjustment recommendations to the Supply Chain leader. Receiving and Delivery Chain of Custody Automation 3)Be responsible for using the automation for all General Stores cycle counts scheduled by the Supply Chain Leader. 1)Be responsible for using the receiving and distribution chain of custody automation provided by your supervisor for the purpose of documenting the chain of custody of all incoming shipments and all outgoing General Stores issues to the point-of-care locations. Be responsible for utilizing the automation at all times in accordance with the process provided by the Supply Chain Leader or designated authority. 2)Be responsible for using the automation to pick, issue, deliver, credit and administer all General Stores product, including, as assigned, all crash carts, inventory carts and other inventory locations / applications as applicable. General Stores Maintenance and Inventory Management 6)Be responsible for properly gathering and removing all product delivery skids and debris within the General Stores environment. 2)Be responsible for rotating all inventory in assigned areas of the General Stores, ensuring a first expired, first out (FEFO) inventory management approach. Diligently register any expired product detected in accordance with the Non-Compliant Policy. 1)Be responsible for assigned inventory locations, including inventory management and associated inventory valuation levels for the overall General Stores, as well as assigned inventory locations, cycle count and associated error rate, days on hand inventory levels, and potential overstock and obsolete inventory levels. Be responsible for knowing the total inventory valuation and associated days-on-hand level for the overall General Stores inventory and for the inventory in your assigned area of responsibility. Be responsible for seeking any clarity or further understanding directly from the Supply Chain Leader in the event inventory valuation information is not known or understood. 3)Be responsible for maintaining a superior level of housekeeping in all areas of the General Stores, taking personal responsibility to pick-up all debris, cardboard, plastic, paper off the General Stores floor, including underneath equipment and racks. Be responsible for immediately breaking down any cardboard or other dunnage associated with incoming inventory and properly and completely disposing. Be responsible for identifying and disposing of any item residing within the General Stores that does not reside in an assigned location or serve a defined purpose, ensuring to seek the approval of the Supply Chain Leader, or their designee, prior to enacting on any such disposal. Be responsible for maintaining a superior level of cleanliness in all personal or group work spaces, including any associate break or eating areas, including all equipment, tables, kitchen or food preparation related equipment. Be responsible for maintain a clean and spotless appearance on all walls, windows, cabinets, surfaces, building columns, work counters or equipment. 4)Perform regular cycle counts, as determined by the Supply Chain Leader, or their designee, for all assigned inventory areas within the General Stores. Be responsible for maintaining a cycle count error rate of five percent (5%) or less. Be responsible for evaluating and understanding the root cause analysis for any errors and implementing the necessary process-specific corrective action. 5)Be responsible to carry any pager/portable telephone assigned to provide expeditious response to customer requests. Be responsible for any such piece of equipment in protecting from loss or damage. 7)Be responsible to maintain a trend chart of the total inventory valuation for your assigned inventory location within General Stores on a monthly basis. Maintain the trend chart on the General Stores Quality Board, identifying your trend chart with your name and inventory location. Be responsible for continuous improvement over time and making inventory reductions to the Supply Chain Director or their designee at a level that at a minimum is the same or greater as the overall inventory reduction target assigned to the Supply Chain Leader. Receiving 1)Be responsible to perform receiving functions for all incoming orders, whether bulk or logical unit of measure related. 2)Review all incoming orders for accuracy and correlation to appropriate PO and ship-to location. 3)Identify incoming quality issues and errors. Interface with all applicable customer service representatives associated with the third-part shipping entities. 4)Perform all receiving functions via the scanning technology and work standard provided. 5)Maintain a clean work environment on a daily basis, performing all housekeeping functions as needed or assigned, including the use of red tag and visual management tools to ensure that all tools, equipment and work space items are located in specified location at all times. 6)Deliver all inbound product received, including the analysis, problem solving and trouble-shooting for all incoming product that is not properly identified with the correct ship-to or requisitioning location. 7)Cleans and disinfect patient care equipment according to Infection Control policies. 8)Perform all other duties related. Distribution 1)Be responsible for inventory management and an accurate pick process for all requisitioned inventory items. Maintain, on average, no more than five (5) days on hand for any inventory SKU, unless otherwise approved or directed by the Supply Chain Leader. 2)Pick, as required, and deliver all requisitioned orders or other product to the requester. Utilize bar code scanning technology, as provided, to capture electronic signatures and order delivery / receipt confirmation record. 3)Coordinate reviewing and obtaining all non-compliant product placed into any green bin within any assigned inventory location at a frequency assigned, or no less that once a week of a frequency is not assigned, transporting all such inventory back to General Stores. Enter all such product obtained from the green bins into the standardized on-line database in a timely manner. 4)Be responsible for returning all General Stores equipment used for Distribution to General Stores when such use is complete. 5)Coordinate product returns from assigned requisitioning locations back to the General Stores. Picking 1)Be responsible for picking a minimum of 100 lines per hour, achieving this benchmark within a period of time determined to be acceptable by the Supply Chain Leader, but at no time picking less than 60 lines per hour. NOTE: The lines per hour pick time is intended to be fully inclusive of all the complete replenishment to the respective point-of-use location, thereby taking into account pick time, travel time to the department, and replenishment time. Pick all orders requested by unit department by time basis unless directed by lead in shift. 2)Be responsible at all times for the accuracy of your respective inventory picks. Be responsible for the cycle count error generated within your inventory area of responsibility within the General Stores or, if different, the inventory locations you are assigned to pick product. Develop a corrective action plan to mitigate the cycle count errors generated from your respective area of inventory responsibility. Chart a trend chart of the cycle count error rate, by quarter, for your respective inventory location. Maintain the trend chart on the General Stores Quality Board, identifying your trend chart with your name and inventory location. Be responsible for continuous improvement over time. 3)Be responsible for the inventory pick associated with all 2-Bin inventory locations assigned, complete with returning the empty bins to the General Stores so as to follow the defined pick / replenishment process. 4)Be responsible to use the designated picking automation and associated process to perform all inventory picking / replenishment process. Tag all product with the appropriate and designated stickers. 5)Be responsible to release all picked orders using Lawson WH32.2 and sign paper work. 6)Be responsible to utilize and follow the process and procedures with the assigned velocity picking format to ensure proper utilization of inventory product to facilitate Items requiring re-order. Non-Conforming Policy and Procedure Management 1)Be responsible for analyzing the non-conforming product incident rate by SKU for any assigned inventory location. Be responsible for making process improvement recommendations to the Supply Chain Director or their designee in regard to actions to mitigate the recurrence of non-conforming supplies. 2)Be responsible to maintain the non-conforming green bins, placards and laminated job aids in all inventory locations, as assigned. 3)Be responsible for rotating all stock located in the respective inventory location bins or kardex, ensuring a first expired, first out (FEFO) approach. Remove any non-conforming product and transport to General Stores as specified under the Non-Conforming Policy. 4)Be responsible pick-up all non-conforming product from the green bins on a frequency no less than weekly. Transport all non-conforming product to General Stores and enter all items into the appropriate cells in the non-conforming product log located at: http://demandtrack.advocatehealth.com/supply_incident_report/ 5)Be responsible for communicating non-conforming clinical supply trend and analytical information to the appropriate clinical leadership responsible for the areas for which your assigned inventory location(s) reside. $19.80 - $29.70Major Responsibilities: 2-Bin Inventory Management 9)Be responsible to maintain all assigned 2-Bin inventory locations, ensuring that the inventory is placed in the appropriate bin, the room is organized and orderly, the 2-Bin standard has been adhered to and not disrupted in any manner, stock is not placed in bins incorrectly, bins have not been removed from the room and that debris is not on the floor or under the inventory racks. 1)Be responsible to pick and pull all regularly scheduled inventory to replenish all assigned inventory locations at 100% accuracy. 2)Deliver all 2-Bin replenishment orders to the appropriate 2-bin inventory location. 3)Restock all 2-Bins with items picked and restock in appropriate bin and perform an inventory cycle count in bin to insure inventory accuracy. 4)Check for expired product and replace with appropriate product and adjust the inventory count by performing an inventory cycle count. 5)Perform a supplement restock when requested or when requested. 6)Pick up all empty bins and any product returns from the assigned inventory locations. Return all such product to the General Stores and stage the product in the return location with appropriate paper work and signature ready for credit. 7)Be responsible to perform a monthly 2-Bin inventory of designated locations, or as assigned. 8)Be responsible to understand and use DemandTrack on a regular basis for assessing and tracking all inventory velocity and usage, making PAR adjustment recommendations to the Supply Chain leader. Receiving and Delivery Chain of Custody Automation 3)Be responsible for using the automation for all General Stores cycle counts scheduled by the Supply Chain Leader. 1)Be responsible for using the receiving and distribution chain of custody automation provided by your supervisor for the purpose of documenting the chain of custody of all incoming shipments and all outgoing General Stores issues to the point-of-care locations. Be responsible for utilizing the automation at all times in accordance with the process provided by the Supply Chain Leader or designated authority. 2)Be responsible for using the automation to pick, issue, deliver, credit and administer all General Stores product, including, as assigned, all crash carts, inventory carts and other inventory locations / applications as applicable. General Stores Maintenance and Inventory Management 6)Be responsible for properly gathering and removing all product delivery skids and debris within the General Stores environment. 2)Be responsible for rotating all inventory in assigned areas of the General Stores, ensuring a first expired, first out (FEFO) inventory management approach. Diligently register any expired product detected in accordance with the Non-Compliant Policy. 1)Be responsible for assigned inventory locations, including inventory management and associated inventory valuation levels for the overall General Stores, as well as assigned inventory locations, cycle count and associated error rate, days on hand inventory levels, and potential overstock and obsolete inventory levels. Be responsible for knowing the total inventory valuation and associated days-on-hand level for the overall General Stores inventory and for the inventory in your assigned area of responsibility. Be responsible for seeking any clarity or further understanding directly from the Supply Chain Leader in the event inventory valuation information is not known or understood. 3)Be responsible for maintaining a superior level of housekeeping in all areas of the General Stores, taking personal responsibility to pick-up all debris, cardboard, plastic, paper off the General Stores floor, including underneath equipment and racks. Be responsible for immediately breaking down any cardboard or other dunnage associated with incoming inventory and properly and completely disposing. Be responsible for identifying and disposing of any item residing within the General Stores that does not reside in an assigned location or serve a defined purpose, ensuring to seek the approval of the Supply Chain Leader, or their designee, prior to enacting on any such disposal. Be responsible for maintaining a superior level of cleanliness in all personal or group work spaces, including any associate break or eating areas, including all equipment, tables, kitchen or food preparation related equipment. Be responsible for maintain a clean and spotless appearance on all walls, windows, cabinets, surfaces, building columns, work counters or equipment. 4)Perform regular cycle counts, as determined by the Supply Chain Leader, or their designee, for all assigned inventory areas within the General Stores. Be responsible for maintaining a cycle count error rate of five percent (5%) or less. Be responsible for evaluating and understanding the root cause analysis for any errors and implementing the necessary process-specific corrective action. 5)Be responsible to carry any pager/portable telephone assigned to provide expeditious response to customer requests. Be responsible for any such piece of equipment in protecting from loss or damage. 7)Be responsible to maintain a trend chart of the total inventory valuation for your assigned inventory location within General Stores on a monthly basis. Maintain the trend chart on the General Stores Quality Board, identifying your trend chart with your name and inventory location. Be responsible for continuous improvement over time and making inventory reductions to the Supply Chain Director or their designee at a level that at a minimum is the same or greater as the overall inventory reduction target assigned to the Supply Chain Leader. Receiving 1)Be responsible to perform receiving functions for all incoming orders, whether bulk or logical unit of measure related. 2)Review all incoming orders for accuracy and correlation to appropriate PO and ship-to location. 3)Identify incoming quality issues and errors. Interface with all applicable customer service representatives associated with the third-part shipping entities. 4)Perform all receiving functions via the scanning technology and work standard provided. 5)Maintain a clean work environment on a daily basis, performing all housekeeping functions as needed or assigned, including the use of red tag and visual management tools to ensure that all tools, equipment and work space items are located in specified location at all times. 6)Deliver all inbound product received, including the analysis, problem solving and trouble-shooting for all incoming product that is not properly identified with the correct ship-to or requisitioning location. 7)Cleans and disinfect patient care equipment according to Infection Control policies. 8)Perform all other duties related. Distribution 1)Be responsible for inventory management and an accurate pick process for all requisitioned inventory items. Maintain, on average, no more than five (5) days on hand for any inventory SKU, unless otherwise approved or directed by the Supply Chain Leader. 2)Pick, as required, and deliver all requisitioned orders or other product to the requester. Utilize bar code scanning technology, as provided, to capture electronic signatures and order delivery / receipt confirmation record. 3)Coordinate reviewing and obtaining all non-compliant product placed into any green bin within any assigned inventory location at a frequency assigned, or no less that once a week of a frequency is not assigned, transporting all such inventory back to General Stores. Enter all such product obtained from the green bins into the standardized on-line database in a timely manner. 4)Be responsible for returning all General Stores equipment used for Distribution to General Stores when such use is complete. 5)Coordinate product returns from assigned requisitioning locations back to the General Stores. Picking 1)Be responsible for picking a minimum of 100 lines per hour, achieving this benchmark within a period of time determined to be acceptable by the Supply Chain Leader, but at no time picking less than 60 lines per hour. NOTE: The lines per hour pick time is intended to be fully inclusive of all the complete replenishment to the respective point-of-use location, thereby taking into account pick time, travel time to the department, and replenishment time. Pick all orders requested by unit department by time basis unless directed by lead in shift. 2)Be responsible at all times for the accuracy of your respective inventory picks. Be responsible for the cycle count error generated within your inventory area of responsibility within the General Stores or, if different, the inventory locations you are assigned to pick product. Develop a corrective action plan to mitigate the cycle count errors generated from your respective area of inventory responsibility. Chart a trend chart of the cycle count error rate, by quarter, for your respective inventory location. Maintain the trend chart on the General Stores Quality Board, identifying your trend chart with your name and inventory location. Be responsible for continuous improvement over time. 3)Be responsible for the inventory pick associated with all 2-Bin inventory locations assigned, complete with returning the empty bins to the General Stores so as to follow the defined pick / replenishment process. 4)Be responsible to use the designated picking automation and associated process to perform all inventory picking / replenishment process. Tag all product with the appropriate and designated stickers. 5)Be responsible to release all picked orders using Lawson WH32.2 and sign paper work. 6)Be responsible to utilize and follow the process and procedures with the assigned velocity picking format to ensure proper utilization of inventory product to facilitate Items requiring re-order. Non-Conforming Policy and Procedure Management 1)Be responsible for analyzing the non-conforming product incident rate by SKU for any assigned inventory location. Be responsible for making process improvement recommendations to the Supply Chain Director or their designee in regard to actions to mitigate the recurrence of non-conforming supplies. 2)Be responsible to maintain the non-conforming green bins, placards and laminated job aids in all inventory locations, as assigned. 3)Be responsible for rotating all stock located in the respective inventory location bins or kardex, ensuring a first expired, first out (FEFO) approach. Remove any non-conforming product and transport to General Stores as specified under the Non-Conforming Policy. 4)Be responsible pick-up all non-conforming product from the green bins on a frequency no less than weekly. Transport all non-conforming product to General Stores and enter all items into the appropriate cells in the non-conforming product log located at: http://demandtrack.advocatehealth.com/supply_incident_report/ 5)Be responsible for communicating non-conforming clinical supply trend and analytical information to the appropriate clinical leadership responsible for the areas for which your assigned inventory location(s) reside. Education/Experience Required: High School diploma . 12 months experience; stocking experience and/or receiving experience preferred. Experience with mainframe or PC computer systems Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Good communication & customer relation skills. Good organization and math skills. Must be computer literate.
