We are seeking an experienced *Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT)* to join our team of board-certified veterinary dentists and anesthesiologists. This is an excellent opportunity for a technician who enjoys challenging anesthesia cases, advanced dental procedures, and working with cutting-edge technology.
This is a full-time position with 10 hour shifts. The schedule is Tuesday-Friday. This position earns a competitive wage of $33 to $38 per hour depending on experience.
What You'll Do
As a valued member of our team, you will:
* Prepare patients for anesthesia, including IV catheter placement, pre-operative assessments, and recovery care
* Induce, monitor, and recover patients under general anesthesia while accurately recording anesthetic parameters (ECG, blood pressure, SpO₂, EtCO₂, temperature, etc.)
* Administer anesthetic and analgesic medications, including CRIs, under veterinarian supervision
* Recognize and respond appropriately to anesthetic complications and emergencies
* Assist with advanced veterinary dental procedures alongside board-certified specialists
* Perform dental radiographs and dental prophylaxis
* Assist with Cone Beam CT (CBCT) imaging (experience is a plus)
* Maintain accurate medical, anesthetic, and diagnostic records
* Help manage inventory and maintain surgical and dental equipment
* Mentor veterinary assistants and support staff when appropriate
* Foster open communication with doctors and teammates
* Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Cape Fox Concentric Methods, LLC is accepting resumes for a *Radiation Therapy Medical Physicist*. The physicist will provide radiation therapy physics and other support services as required by the Department of Radiology at Madigan Army Medical Center, Joint Base Lewis McChord. Clinical experience with total body photon irradiation (TBI), total skin electron irradiation (TSE); low dose rate (LDR) and high dose rate (HDR) brachytherapy modalities, intensity modulated radiotherapy (IMRT), image-guided radiotherapy (IGRT), stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS), and real-time position management (RPM).
The salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $215,000. to $226,720. This salary range represents the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. *Responsibilities:*
* Clinical experience with acceptance testing and commissioning of a dual-photon and multiple-electron energy linear accelerator with multi-leaf collimator (MLC) and electronic portal imaging device (EPID) capable of both IGRT and IMRT. Shall have clinical experience with acceptance testing and commissioning of a three-dimensional (3D) treatment planning system (TPS) capable of producing IGRT, IMRT, and brachytherapy plans. Shall have experience with routine quality assurance / performance testing equipment (ion chambers, diodes, film, TLD, etc.) and techniques necessary to verify the accuracy and reproducibility of contemporary 3D, IGRT, IMRT, and brachytherapy-based treatments and equipment, to include daily, monthly, and annual testing in accordance with current American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) recommendations. Shall have experience with Varian Aria, Eclipse, Pinnacle, Ray Station, and Varian Variseed treatment planning systems.
* Required to provide documentation certifying health requirements such as immunizations, annual vaccinations, medical testing, and physical examination when required.
* Currently proficient in clinical radiation therapy physics technology and other support services, demonstrated by active practice of at least 12 months within the last two years.

We seek a full-time or part-time LVT for our well-equipped, busy, paperless, general and rehab medicine practice. We need another veterinary nurse on our team who’s a friendly, caring, resilient, and organized professional. One who likes people as much as animals, and is proficient at client education, in-patient care, dentistry, radiology, anesthesia, and assisting with surgery.
Candidate must be an upbeat, consistent, detail-oriented, efficient, friendly, and a team player. A person who can take direction from doctors and co-workers, as well as work independently. One who communicates well (both verbal and written), maintains professionalism in times of stress, adjusts to change with a positive attitude, and has excellent attendance record. One who uses integrity and good judgment in all situations, both seen and unseen. One who can teach and lead veterinary assistants. Sense of humor important.
Candidate must have the ability to handle the physical and emotional aspects of the veterinary environment, including euthanasia and grieving pet owners, and safely restrain large or aggressive pets (cats and dogs). - High school graduate or equivalent required
- Post high school vocational training in a related health care field preferred, such as Anesthesia Technician, CS Technician, NA, HCA, EMT, or Hospital Corpsman preferred
- Health Care Provider level CPR certification

Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Completion of Central Service Technician course of study or completion of healthcare organization training program; military training or experience satisfies this requirement for WA state employees, per Title 18 RCW
- In lieu of formal training, candidates with a nationally recognized certification (e.g., CRCST) and/or a minimum of one (1) year of recent sterile processing experience preferred
- Central Service Certification or commitment to obtain within one year of hire, as required by location

Position Summary
The Mental Health Technician is an incredible opportunity to expand your role in health care through functioning as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary treatment team. This role is responsible for providing a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for psychiatric patients while assisting with the provision of basic patient care and recovery needs.
Responsibilities:
- You will support the unit through excellent patient customer service and clinic management assistance
- You will collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes
- You will perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data
- Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
- You will assist with maintaining a safe and hazard free environment by observing and documenting patient behavior, conducting patient room searches, reporting unsafe conditions and applying appropriate emotional and physical support

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or any other human services field preferred and/or in lieu of education, will take 1 year of experience.
- Must obtain a Nursing Assistant Registered or CNA prior to start date
- If assigned to Navos Hospital, BLS certification is required prior to starting. Other campuses require CPR certification prior to starting on the floor and can be obtained onsite, if not already in hand.
- If assigned to Navos Hospital, First Aid training is required prior to starting.
- If assigned to Navos Hospital, Food Handler's Card is required within first two weeks of hire date
- Washington StateCounselor Agency Affiliated Registered (ACCR) credential must be applied for within thirty (30) days of hire. Employees can work while in pending status. Grace periods will be adjusted in accordance with DOH requirements.
- Due to current processing delays at the Department of Health (approximately four [4] months), the credential is not required to be obtained within ninety (90) days, provided that the application was submitted in a timely and complete manner. The credential must be obtained upon issuance by the Department of Health. Individuals can practice under their NAR and complete NAR duties while waiting for active AACR, with proof of submission to DOH.
