*General Responsibilities:*
* Responsible for providing clinical services to individuals, couples, families, and groups in a co-occurring setting. May serve as clinical supervisor to one or more student interns.
* Completes comprehensive psychological assessments on each client seen in keeping with professional standards of practice as well as DHS, DOH and other third party requirements.
* Develops individualized treatment plan for each client per agency procedures. Treatment Plan will be developed in conjunction with the client based on the comprehensive psychological assessment completed.
* Provides a wide range of therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families and groups based on individualized assessment and treatment plans in conjunction with the treatment team.
* Coordinates case management on all assigned cases.
*Education/Training:* A graduate degree from a college or university in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum; LMFT, LP, LPC or LCSW normally required.
*Experience:* Post-Master’s supervised clinical experience preferred. 5-10 years of clinical experience normally required.
*ADA: *Visual and auditory skills; moderate PC skills; ability to bend, stoop, sit, stand, reach and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.; valid driver's license.

About this role
As a General Podiatry Physician, you will work alongside a well-established group of orthopedic fellowship trained trauma and foot/ankle surgeons managing patients in the clinic, the hospital, and perform exceptional quality care as a Podiatrist. You will also work alongside the wound team with inpatient and outpatient care, the team consisting of a wound physician, physician assistant, and wound nurses.
In addition, you will provide clinical oversight for multidisciplinary program meetings and build strategic relationships across inpatient, outpatient, specialty, and community partners to promote program engagement and timely referrals.
In this role, you will
- Practice at Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital and Orthopedic Podiatry Clinic in Ogden, Utah
- Take general podiatry emergency room call coverage of 7 days per month; potentially as consecutive days or one week per month
- Work clinic schedule consisting of 2 podiatry clinic days, 1 surgical day, and 2 wound care clinic days per week
- Have nurse practitioner support available in the podiatry clinic
An ideal candidate will have
- Board-qualified or board-certified Doctor of Podiatric Medicine with wound care or limb preservation experience
- Demonstrated interest in expanding clinical scope and contributing to a multidisciplinary limb salvage program

You will work alongside a well-established team of orthopedic surgeons, including a fellowship-trained orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon, providing exceptional patient care across both clinic and hospital settings. In addition, you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary wound care team consisting of a wound care physician, physician assistant, and specialized wound care nurses to deliver coordinated, high-quality inpatient and outpatient care focused on wound healing, limb preservation, and optimal patient outcomes.
About this role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Podiatrist to support a multidisciplinary limb preservation program focused on coordinated wound care, limb salvage, and prevention of avoidable amputations. In addition, the candidate can anticipate to:
- Serve as an active member of the Enterprise Limb Preservation Steering Committee by reporting program outcomes, advancing best practices and systemwide standards, and escalating issues that require enterprise-level action to improve limb salvage and reduce preventable amputations.
- In collaboration with operational and nursing leadership; support complex case review, promote adherence to evidence-based clinical pathways, address barriers to care, and strengthen transitions from hospitalization to ambulatory follow-up.
Additional Position Details
- You will practice at Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital and Orthopedic Podiatry Clinic in Ogden, Utah
- Take general podiatry emergency room call coverage of 7 days per month; potentially as consecutive days or one week per month
- Work clinic schedule consisting of 2 podiatry clinic days, 1 surgical day, and 2 wound care clinic days per week
- Have nurse practitioner support available in the podiatry clinic

Clinical massage therapy focuses on specific medical conditions, injuries, and musculoskeletal dysfunctions. Treatment goals areestablishedin consultation with the patient, and often in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, with targeted therapeutic outcomes that aim to restore function, reduce pain, and improve mobility.
Licensed massage therapists use their knowledge andexpertisein creating individualized treatment strategies to support recovery using various techniques and modalities including, but not limited to, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, muscle energy techniques, connective tissue massage, manual lymphaticdrainageand craniosacral therapy.
Patients served may include adults and pediatrics, as well as prenatal, geriatric, orthopedic, and oncology populations.

Pay Range:
$25.30 - $37.95Major Responsibilities:
- Performs assessment of client status and formulates a massage treatment plan in accordance with the client's goals and massage practice standards; ensures assessments reflect synthesis of gathered data into an appropriate plan of care. Recognizes client's inability to attain goals and consults with appropriate personnel.
- Identifies contraindications to massage and takes recommended precautions. Contraindications include phlebitis or thrombophlebitis, edema, skin conditions, mononucleosis, acute rheumatoid arthritis, infection, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, malignancy, insulin-depended diabetes, medications, and acute inflammatory conditions.
- Completes all required documentation within the same business day of the client's visit.
- Performs massage therapy to assigned patients utilizing appropriate methods according to licensure guidelines and professional practice. Incorporates appropriate type of relaxation massage into sessions (i.e., neuromuscular, craniosacral, lymph, reflexology) to meet the needs of patient's history and goals.
- Tailors education to meet the age-specific and individualized needs of the client. Takes an active role in program development and contributes ideas for the development of promotional materials and community education.
- Prepares treatment area before patient arrival; prepares equipment, sets environmental lighting and music to create relaxing atmosphere. Provides an environment consistent with accepted standards of sanitation, hygiene, safety, and Universal Precautions. Responsible for cleanup after treatment, which includes sanitizing equipment and maintaining neat, orderly workstations.
- Acknowledges confidential nature of the professional relationship with a client and respects each client's right to privacy. Seeks out methods to meet privacy needs by providing adequate draping, etc.
- Upon delegation, when assigned to an outside clinic, assists with general cleaning, ordering and dispensing of clean linen, and miscellaneous clerical duties.
- Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient's status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient's requirements relative to his/her age-specific needs, and to provide the care needed as described in the department's policies and procedures. Age-specific information is developed further in the departmental job standards.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
- Massage Therapist license issued by the state(s) of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA) needs to be obtained within 6 months unless department leader has determined it is not required.
Education Required:
- Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of an accredited or approved program in Massage Therapy.
Experience Required:
- No experience required.

- Intermediate computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organization, decision-making, and problem solving skills.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
- Must be able to stand approximately 75% of the workday.
- Must be able to sit, walk, squat, bend, twist, kneel, and reach above shoulders on a daily basis.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 35 lbs. occasionally.
- Position requires repetitive use of hands:
- Simple grasping (75% of workday).
- Pushing and/or pulling (30% of workday).
- Fine manipulation (i.e., continuous massaging of soft body tissue).
- Position requires repetitive use of feet (i.e., foot pedals to control hydraulic table).
- Must have functional speech, vision, touch, and hearing.
- May be exposed to electrical hazards as well as blood and body fluids; therefore, protective clothing (i.e., gown, gloves, masks) must be worn as necessary.
- Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.
