Lake Pointe Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine is seeking a General Orthopaedic Surgeon with Sports Medicine experience or interest to join its established, physician-led private practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. · Full-time General Orthopaedic / Sports Medicine surgeon opportunity in a growing, established private orthopaedic practice.
· Practice locations across the Rockwall/Richardson area with access to a strong and growing North Texas patient base.
· Join an established multidisciplinary team with immediate access to internal referrals and collaborative care across orthopaedics, spine, rehabilitation, and advanced practice providers.
· Partnership-track opportunity for the right physician, with meaningful long-term professional and financial upside.
· Significant ancillary growth potential within the practice, including therapy and other orthopaedic service lines.
_*Candidate Profile*_
· Board certified or board eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.
· General orthopaedic surgeon with Sports Medicine training or a strong sports medicine interest preferred.
· Texas medical license or ability to obtain one.
· Patient-focused physician interested in long-term practice growth, collaboration, and partnership.

The practice currently includes 7 physicians and 4 midlevel providers, including an established spine surgeon. Its multidisciplinary team provides care across upper and lower extremity orthopaedics, sports medicine, spine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and related musculoskeletal services.
