*What We're Looking For:*
* An active, in-good-standing Washington State Massage Therapy License (LMT).
* A passion for personalized client care, structural wellness, and intentional bodywork.
* Reliable, professional communication and a team-first mindset.
* New Graduates from state-approved programs are highly encouraged to apply! We offer dedicated mentorship to help you comfortably transition into full clinical pacing.
*Day-to-Day:*
* Perform quality, therapeutic bodywork that meets clients' needs
* Communicate with clients to identify their needs and set clear expectations
* Stay connected to clients throughout each session to achieve the goals of each service
* Recommend follow-up visits and additional services to help clients pursue their wellness goals
*Culture & Support:*
* Award programs (like Therapist of the Year)
* Trained leadership that is invested in YOUR success
* A self-care program that gives you the tools to prolong the career you love
