```Duties```
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with chronic pain conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Perform various interventional pain management procedures, such as nerve blocks and epidural injections
- Prescribe and manage appropriate medications for pain management
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and progress
- Provide patient education on pain management techniques and self-care strategies
- Document all patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
```Qualifications```
- Medical degree from an accredited institution
- Board certification or eligibility in Pain Management
- Valid state medical license
- Proficient in various pain management procedures and techniques
- Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation methods for chronic pain conditions
- Familiarity with addiction counseling and treatment modalities
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
