* Delivering thorough, top-notch cleanings and periodontal care patients actually remember
* Reading each patient in the moment - knowing exactly when to educate and when to simply listen
* Keeping clean, accurate documentation
* Bringing energy and openness to new protocols, technology, and ideas as we keep leveling up
* Making every patient feel genuinely cared for, not just processed
* Teaming up with a group of people who love what they do
*What Makes You a Great Fit*
* Active Dental Hygienist license (obviously)
* A natural gift for reading people and responding to what they actually need
* Thorough, thoughtful, and efficient - not sacrificing one for the other

* Warm, confident communication skills
* Steady hands and an even steadier bedside manner
