*Job Type:* Full-time
*Salary:* $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
*Location: *AR remote/in-home hybrid, OR in-clinic
*Position Summary: *Cross River Therapy is seeking a BCBA to provide high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services to children and families in clinic, home, community, and telehealth settings. The BCBA leads clinical assessment and treatment planning, supervises RBTs/behavior technicians, collaborates with caregivers, and ensures accurate documentation in alignment with BACB, payer, and company standards.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Complete initial assessments, reauthorizations, caregiver interviews, and direct observations.
* Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans based on assessment data and medical necessity.
* Supervise and train RBTs/behavior technicians through observations, data review, feedback, and competency‑based coaching.
* Provide parent training and clear, supportive communication with families and other providers.
* Maintain timely, clinically defensible documentation in CentralReach and follow company protocols for data collection, graphing, incident reporting, and authorizations.
* Participate in clinical meetings, onboarding, ongoing training, and quality‑assurance activities.
*Qualifications*
* Current BCBA certification in good standing.
* Master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field.
* Experience in ABA (clinic, home, or telehealth) preferred.
* Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, supervision, documentation, and family collaboration.
* Comfort using CentralReach, telehealth platforms, and Microsoft Teams is preferred.
