*Position:* Full-Time or PRN Physical Therapist

The Home Health Team is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time or PRN Physical Therapist to join our fast growing team The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing high-quality patient care and will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.

*Responsibilities:*

* Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments or disabilities
* Develop personalized treatment plans and goals
* Monitor and document patient progress
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

*Requirements:*

* Valid Physical Therapist license in Texas
* Proven experience as a Physical Therapist
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
