As a Dental Hygienist, you will provide exceptional patient care while partnering with the team to:

* Educate patients on oral health, recommended treatment, and long-term wellness
* Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation
* Support consistent hygiene workflows, protocols, and scheduling standards
* Promote strong communication and collaboration across the practice
* Help strengthen patient retention, reappointment, and preventive care compliance
* Identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and support practice operations

This position offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the expectations of the role. The Dental Hygienist receives:
* *Hourly pay of $50 - $70 per hour*, based on experience
* Eligibility for *individual hygiene bonuses*
* Eligibility for *practice performance bonuses*
* *Sign-on bonus* available for qualified candidates
