Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) who loves working with children and making a meaningful difference in their lives?
Virtual Speech Solutions is looking for a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated *California-licensed SLPA* to join our growing pediatric speech therapy clinic in Murrieta, California!
What You'll Do
* Provide engaging, individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
* Implement treatment plans targeting a variety of speech, language, social communication, and functional communication needs.
* Create fun, interactive, and play-based therapy experiences that encourage learning and progress.
* Collaborate closely with supervising SLPs and fellow clinicians to support client success.
* Build positive relationships with children and families while sharing practical strategies for home carryover.
* Collect treatment data and complete accurate, timely documentation.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy environment.
What We're Looking For
* *Active California SLPA license (required).*
* A genuine passion for working with children and helping them develop communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
* A positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
* Creativity and enthusiasm for providing engaging pediatric therapy.
* Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supervising SLP.
* Experience in pediatric speech therapy, early intervention, autism, or AAC is a plus!
