*Build sharper clinical skills in a clinic designed for deeper patient care.*
At Ruther Health + Wellness, we believe exceptional pelvic health care requires more than treating isolated symptoms. It requires understanding how the entire body works together.
We're looking for a *Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT)* who wants to grow as a pelvic health clinician in an environment built around clinical excellence, meaningful patient relationships, and long-term results.
You'll work one-on-one with patients in full-hour sessions, with the autonomy, mentorship, and time to evaluate beyond the diagnosis. Our approach integrates pelvic floor rehabilitation, orthopedic principles, movement analysis, breathing mechanics, manual therapy, and whole-body clinical reasoning.
Whether you're an experienced pelvic health clinician or a motivated therapist looking to develop advanced skills, we want to help you become exceptional at what you do.
What You Will Receive
* *Salary: $85,000–$102,000*
* Performance-based bonus opportunities
* 401(k) with company matching
* SIMPLE IRA with 2% non-elective contribution after one year
* Health insurance
* Paid maternity leave
* Short-term disability coverage
* 80 hours of PTO
* Unlimited continuing education
* Structured mentorship and hands-on clinical training
* Professional development and advancement opportunities
* Signing bonus or relocation assistance may be discussed for the right candidate
Why Therapists Choose Ruther Health + Wellness
*One-on-One Patient Care*
You'll treat one patient at a time, every visit, in a private treatment room. No overlapping appointments, no juggling multiple patients, and no pressure to rush through care.
*Full-Hour Treatment Sessions*
You'll have the time to listen, evaluate thoroughly, educate patients, and understand the factors contributing to their symptoms. Complex conditions deserve thoughtful, individualized care.
*A Whole-Body Approach to Pelvic Health*
We don't believe the pelvic floor functions in isolation. You'll develop the skills to connect pelvic symptoms with movement dysfunction, orthopedic impairments, breathing mechanics, posture, strength, and stability.
*Real Clinical Growth*
Through weekly mentorship, collaborative case reviews, hands-on training, quarterly workshops, and unlimited continuing education, you'll continue developing your clinical reasoning and treatment skills.
*Autonomy Without Isolation*
You'll be trusted to make clinical decisions while working alongside a collaborative team that challenges one another to become better clinicians.
*A Clinic That Values Quality Over Volume*
Our model is intentionally designed to give therapists the time and resources to deliver excellent care without the demands of a high-volume treatment environment.

* Urinary urgency, frequency, and incontinence
* Pelvic pain and chronic pelvic conditions

* Tailbone pain
* Breathing, postural, and movement dysfunctions contributing to pelvic symptoms

* Assess pelvic floor function, movement quality, breathing mechanics, posture, strength, stability, and functional limitations
* Incorporate manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, functional interventions, and other techniques appropriate to your professional scope
* Educate patients about the contributing factors behind their symptoms and help them understand their plan of care
* Collaborate with a team of clinicians who value clinical excellence and continuous improvement
* Continue advancing your clinical skills through mentorship, hands-on training, and continuing education
