Your schedule & workflow (what makes this job stand out)

· *1-hour recall appointments*

· *1.5 hours for new patients and SRP*

· *40–50 minutes for pediatric patients*

· *Single-column, solo hygiene (no double booking)*

· *No overbooking—additional patients only added if there’s a cancellation*

· *Strong waitlist to keep your schedule full without feeling rushed*

What you’ll do

· Preventive care, SRP, and periodontal maintenance

· Digital X-rays and intraoral photos

* Patient education and treatment discussions
* Work closely with an experienced dentist and supportive team

*What we’re looking for*

· Active Michigan *Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)* license

* Nitrous oxide & local anesthesia certification
