Aya Locums has a fantastic opportunity partnering with a healthcare facility in *Rochester, NY*, seeking a *Dermatologist!* Peek at the details below!
* *Location:* Rochester, NY (Genesee Valley Dermatology & Laser Center)
* *Specialty:* Dermatology
* *Profession:* Physician (MD/DO)
* *Pay Range:* $250–$270/hr
* *Contract Length:* 26 weeks, with potential for ongoing coverage
* *Start Date:* November 9, 2026, or as soon as credentialed
* *Schedule/Hours:* Monday–Friday, 8a–4:30p, with flexible scheduling considered. No call required. Opportunity to complement an existing provider's two-week coverage rotation.
*Work Details:*
* *Practice Setting:* Outpatient Dermatology Clinic
* *Patient Volume:* Approximately 25–35 patients per day
* *Facility Coverage:* Primarily Genesee Valley Dermatology, with potential coverage at Geneseo Dermatology (approximately 28 minutes away) and Clifton Springs Dermatology
* *Support Staff:* Approximately 1 LPN, RN, or MA for every 12 patients
* *Procedures:* Minor dermatologic surgeries may be available based on provider experience and interest
* *EMR:* Epic
* *Schedule Flexibility:* Flexible scheduling arrangements may be considered
* *Licensing:* Active New York license preferred; providers with pending NY licenses may be considered
_We pay weekly and cover malpractice insurance._
*Requirements:*
* Board-Certified in Dermatology highly preferred
* Active or pending New York medical license
* Minimum 3 years of recent experience
* Recent Epic EMR experience required
* BLS certification required (AHA or RQI accepted)
* Updated work history with no unexplained gaps of 30+ days
* Physician statement required for any malpractice history, including dismissed cases
* Residents and fellows are not eligible
