*Build Your Physical Therapy Career Around 1:1 Care, Sports Rehab, and the Opportunity to Help Shape a Growing Practice.*

You became a *Physical Therapist* to help people move better, return to the activities they love, and make a meaningful difference with your clinical skills.

At *On The Run Physical Therapy*, you will do exactly that.

We are a growing Physical Therapy practice specializing in *running injuries, orthopedic rehabilitation, and sports performance*, and we are looking for an experienced *Physical Therapist* who wants more than simply stepping into an established routine.

You will treat patients *one-on-one for one-hour appointments*, work alongside a residency-trained orthopedic specialist with more than 10 years of experience, and have the opportunity to help shape how our clinic grows over the next several years.

This is an opportunity for a Physical Therapist who values *quality over volume, clinical growth, collaboration, and the chance to make a real impact inside a developing private practice.*

*What You Will Receive*

* *Annual Salary: $75,000–$85,000. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, training, and overall fit for the role.*
* *$1,000 signing bonus.*
* *One-on-one patient appointments.*
* *One-hour treatment sessions.*
* *Health insurance.*
* *Dental insurance.*
* *Vision insurance.*
* *Paid time off.*
* *Profit-sharing opportunities.*
* *Training and professional development.*
* *Mentorship from a residency-trained orthopedic specialist with 10+ years of experience.*
* *Opportunities for advancement as the clinic grows.*
* *Wellness resources.*
* *Free uniforms.*
* *Occasional weekend availability may be required for events, community outreach, or other scheduled activities.*
* *Flexible scheduling within clinic hours.*

*Practice Physical Therapy With Quality as the Priority*

At On The Run Physical Therapy, care is built around the individual patient.

Appointments are scheduled *one-on-one for approximately one hour*, giving you the opportunity to evaluate thoroughly, treat intentionally, educate your patients, and make thoughtful clinical decisions.

You will have the time to understand what is limiting each patient and build a treatment plan around their specific goals.

For many of our patients, those goals involve getting back to *running, sports, exercise, competition, and an active lifestyle.*

*Work With a Sports and Running-Focused Patient Population*

We specialize in helping active people return to the things they love.

As a Physical Therapist here, you will have opportunities to work with patients dealing with:

* Running-related injuries.
* Sports injuries.
* Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
* Strength and mobility limitations.
* Return-to-sport rehabilitation.
* Movement dysfunction.
* Overuse injuries.
* Patients working toward higher levels of physical performance.

If you enjoy working with motivated, active patients and solving challenging orthopedic problems, this environment gives you room to deepen that expertise.

*Continue Developing Your Clinical Skills*

You will work closely with *Sam Gallardo, Owner of On The Run Physical Therapy and a residency-trained orthopedic specialist with more than 10 years of experience.*

Mentorship is available for a Physical Therapist who wants to continue improving their:

* Orthopedic clinical reasoning.
* Manual therapy skills.
* Treatment planning.
* Exercise progression.
* Return-to-sport decision-making.
* Running and movement assessment.
* Dry needling skills.
* Management of more complex orthopedic cases.

We are especially interested in candidates with additional orthopedic or sports training, including *OCS, SCS, dry needling, manual therapy training, or sports-focused continuing education.*

These credentials are valuable, but equally important is a willingness to continue learning and becoming a stronger clinician.

*Help Build Something, Not Just Maintain It*

This is our *first Physical Therapist hire*, which makes this opportunity different from stepping into a large organization where everything has already been decided.

The clinic is growing, and the way we operate today will continue evolving over the next one, two, and five years.

You will have the opportunity to contribute ideas, help strengthen systems, participate in community outreach, and influence how the clinic develops.

We are looking for someone who sees that change as an opportunity.

Someone who wants to be part of building the next stage of a practice rather than simply plugging into a role and maintaining the status quo.

*What You Will Do*

As a Physical Therapist, you will:

* Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations.
* Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient's goals and clinical presentation.
* Provide *one-on-one Physical Therapy treatment.*
* Use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement-based rehabilitation, and progressive loading strategies when appropriate.
* Help athletes and active adults safely return to running, sports, exercise, and daily activities.
* Educate patients about their condition, treatment plan, and recovery process.
* Track patient progress and relevant clinical data.
* Adjust treatment plans based on measurable outcomes and patient response.
* Participate in *community events and volunteer opportunities.*
* Help develop educational workshops and special events.
* Represent the clinic within the local running, sports, and wellness community.
* Collaborate with the owner as the practice grows and evolves.

*Who We Are Looking For*

This role may be a strong fit if you:

* Are a *licensed Physical Therapist.*
* Have *2 or more years of Physical Therapy experience.*
* Have a strong orthopedic or sports rehabilitation background.
* Enjoy working with runners, athletes, and active adults.
* Value one-on-one care and quality over volume.
* Want to continue developing your clinical skills.
* Communicate well with patients and teammates.
* Are comfortable contributing ideas inside a growing practice.
* Are adaptable and open to change as the clinic evolves.
* Want an opportunity to make an impact beyond simply treating a schedule of patients.

Additional experience with *dry needling, manual therapy, OCS, SCS, or sports-focused continuing education* is strongly preferred.

This position is intended for an experienced Physical Therapist and is *not currently open to new graduates.*

*Schedule*

This is a *full-time, Monday through Friday* position.

Clinic hours are generally *8:00 AM to 6:00 PM*, with flexibility in your specific schedule.

The expectation is that the Physical Therapist will be available until approximately *6:00 PM three days per week* to help accommodate patients who need later appointments.

*Why Physical Therapists Choose On The Run Physical Therapy*

We believe Physical Therapists do their best work when they are trusted as professionals and treated as people.

That means giving you time to provide excellent care, opportunities to keep learning, and a voice in the practice's future.

At On The Run Physical Therapy, you will not be treated like another provider filling a slot on the schedule.

You will be joining during an important stage of growth, with the opportunity to build relationships with patients, deepen your sports and orthopedic expertise, contribute to the community, and help shape what this clinic becomes.

If you are an experienced Physical Therapist who wants *one-on-one patient care, meaningful clinical mentorship, a sports-focused environment, and the opportunity to grow alongside a private practice*, we want to meet you.

*We are scheduling interviews now and moving quickly.*
