*Concord Healthcare and Rehab *in *Lakewood NJ* is seeking a Full Time *PTA *to join our in house rehab team.

*Responsibilities include but not limited to:*

* Provide direct patient care services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
* Responsible for documentation of patient treatments, as well as changes in the condition and other pertinent information as required.
* Provide treatment and appropriate therapeutic techniques specific to the age and or condition of each patient.

*PTA license required.*
