*Description*

* Associate Clinicians provide direct services to clients of Sierra Family Therapy Centers, Inc, including assessments, plan development, therapy sessions using EBPs/therapuetic modalities, coordination of care, resources and referrals as needed.
* Ensure strict confidentiality and adheres to legal and ethical responsibilities under licensure as well as
* Timely completion of all notes and adheres to best practices documentation standards.
* Coordinate with clinical team, supervisor, and community partners to provide quality care to clients.

*Examples of Duties and Responsibilities:*

Duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Part Time: Scheduling 25 Clients weekly and Maintaining 20 Completed sessions weekly.
* Full TIme with Health Benefits: Scheduling 35 Clients weekly and Maintaining 30 Completed sessions weekly.
* Use of TherapyNotes Scheduling calendar and maintain charts.
* Conducts assessments related to behavioral health needs.
* Engages new clients and provides direct therapy services.
* Consults with supervisor and clinical team regularly.
* Attend Clinical Supervision weekly meetings per BBS regulations
* Attend Staff Meeting, second Wednesday of the month, 9-11am
* Attend Clinical Trainings and other trainings as requested or required.
* Successful completion of first 120 days for continued employment.
* Successful completion of first 120 days to be eligible for increased pay rates.
* Performs other professional duties as needed and assigned.
