Blueprint Dentistry is a *privately owned, modern dental practice* seeking a *Registered Dental Hygienist RDH* who enjoys building *long-term patient relationships* and providing *high-quality preventive care*.
Unlike many offices, we are a *non-corporate private practice that is out-of-network with insurance, allowing* us to focus on *patient experience, education, and comprehensive care rather than production quotas*.
We are looking for a hygienist who enjoys *connecting with patients, working in a positive team environment, and practicing dentistry without being rushed.*
Schedule
* *3–4 days per week*
* Flexible schedule options
* One patient at a time with appropriate appointment lengths

Responsibilities
* Perform dental cleanings and periodontal maintenance
* Take digital radiographs
* Conduct periodontal charting
* Educate patients on oral health and prevention
* Assist in co-diagnosis with the dentist
* Maintain accurate patient dental hygiene records
Qualifications
* *Registered Dental Hygienist license RDH*
* Licensed in Michigan
* Strong communication and patient education skills
* Team-oriented attitude
* Passion for preventive dentistry and patient relationships
