*What Your Day Actually Looks Like*
* 40 minutes of dedicated one-on-one treatment time with every patient (not tech-run treatments)
* Up to 12 patients per day, averaging 50–52 visits per week
* Flexible scheduling — choice of start times, and compressed-week options for the right candidate
* You leave on time most days
We treat orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health conditions — but the real focus is individualized care, not throughput.
*Growth & Mentorship*
* $1,500/year continuing education allowance
* Structured one-on-one mentorship for 6-12 months for new and recent grads
* Room to build a specialty practice (pelvic floor, sports, dry needling, and more)
* Our average clinician has an NPS over 90, developing successful therapists
*About Rebound*
Rebound is therapist-owned and operated. Clinical decisions are made in the clinic — not by a spreadsheet or regional manager.We treat the whole person, not just the injury, and we intentionally keep our environment supportive and low-pressure so therapists can do their best work.
*Responsibilities*
* Evaluate and treat patients using individualized plans of care
* Reassess progress and adjust treatments
* Collaborate with fellow clinicians whenever desired
* Help patients return to meaningful activities (sports, lifting, parenting, life)
*Requirements*
* Massachusetts licensed Physical Therapist
* Solid clinical reasoning
* Interest in ortho, sports, or pelvic health
(New grads welcome — structured mentorship provided)
*Compensation & Benefits*
* Salary: $85,000 – $105,000
* $5,000 sign-on bonus
* PTO: 2 weeks (new grads), 3 weeks (experienced), up to 4 weeks after tenure — plus 5 sick days
