NeuroPathways Rehab & Wellness is a specialized outpatient clinic seeking a physical therapist who values thoughtful, individualized care and enjoys helping people navigate neurologic and vestibular challenges.
Every evaluation and treatment session is 45 minutes and booked one-on-one. Our low-volume model gives you time to connect with your patients, apply your clinical expertise, and support meaningful progress in a welcoming environment.

Our patients
You’ll work with individuals experiencing:
* Dizziness and vestibular disorders
* Concussion
* Stroke
* Multiple sclerosis
* Parkinson’s disease
* Balance impairments and falls
* Cervical dysfunction
* Peripheral nerve and spine-related conditions
What we offer
* *$47–$52 per hour*, with pay based on experience and qualifications
* *Paid scheduled hours, including gaps and patient cancellations*
* *16–30 hours per week*, with flexibility to choose your combination of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and the length of your workdays
* *45-minute, one-on-one evaluations and treatments*
* A user-friendly EMR with AI-assisted documentation tools to support efficient charting
* Unlimited online continuing education

* Scheduled case reviews and hands-on mentorship with a board-certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist

Your role
* Perform individualized evaluations and develop patient-centered plans of care.
* Provide skilled treatment that supports patients’ function, confidence, and daily-life goals.
* Complete accurate, timely documentation.
* Collaborate with the clinic team to provide an excellent patient experience.
* Monitor patients participating in Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) during clinic downtime to support engagement between visits.
* Participate in community outreach events that connect people with education, resources, and our clinic.
Who we’re looking for
* A physical therapist with an active North Carolina PT license
* Neuro and/or vestibular experience preferred
* A strong interest in working with these patient populations
* Thoughtful clinical reasoning, clear communication, and a compassionate approach
* A commitment to learning, collaboration, and individualized care
*Experienced therapists are encouraged to apply. We also welcome new graduates with meaningful neuro clinical exposure and a strong interest in developing their skills.* Mentorship includes scheduled case reviews and hands-on training in unfamiliar areas of examination and treatment.
