We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled *Mental Health Specialist* to play an essential role within our organization. In this position, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, provide mental health counseling, develop treatment plans, and help individuals achieve improved emotional well-being.

* Fully Licensed Counselors receive *50% of insurance reimbursements and patient payments*.

* Typical earnings range from *$62.50 to $116 per session*, depending on insurance providers and location.

* *Fully Licensed Counselors - $1,400 per week | $72,800 annually * – Competitive salary reflecting expertise and impact.

* Full-time counselors work a set schedule of either four or five days per week, established at the time of hire.
