Functional Transformation Mobile Rehab is seeking an *Occupational Therapist (OT)* to join our growing lymphedema therapy team in the Bradenton area.

We are a *therapist-owned, patient-centered practice* specializing in providing quality care to patients in their homes. We are looking for a compassionate, dependable Occupational Therapist who values individualized treatment and wants the time and flexibility to focus on providing excellent patient care.

What You'll Do

As an Occupational Therapist on our lymphedema therapy team, you will:

* Evaluate patient abilities, needs, and functional limitations
* Develop individualized, patient-centered Plans of Care, including treatment frequency and duration
* Provide lymphedema treatment utilizing Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) and other appropriate treatment modalities
* Measure patients for compression garments and provide education regarding compression options and proper use
* Document patient progress and update treatment goals as appropriate
* Educate patients, caregivers, and family members
* Assist with safe and appropriate discharge planning
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
* Provide compassionate, professional care to patients with chronic and complex conditions

Qualifications

*Required:*

* Valid Florida license as an *Occupational Therapist (OT)*
* Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) *or willingness to obtain certification*
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
* Strong clinical reasoning skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional and dependable
* Ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient population
* Professional Liability Insurance
* Ability to travel to patients' homes throughout the Bradenton area

If you are a licensed Occupational Therapist interested in expanding your skills into lymphedema therapy, you do not need to already have your CLT certification to apply.

Functional Transformation Mobile Rehab will pay for your lymphedema certification course. In return for this investment in your training, you will agree to remain employed with Functional Transformation Mobile Rehab for a minimum of two years after completing your lymphedema certification.

This is a great opportunity to earn your CLT certification at little to no cost to you, develop specialized skills in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), and build your clinical expertise while working with a supportive and experienced lymphedema therapy team.
