*What You’ll Be Doing*

*As a Physical Therapist with Blue Sea, you may:*

* Conduct evaluations to assess students’ physical, developmental, and functional needs
* Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with educational and developmental goals
* Provide therapy services in school, home, and community-based settings
* Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Track progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and NYS requirements

*Qualifications*

* Active *New York State Physical Therapist License* required
* Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy
* Pediatric, school-based, or early intervention experience preferred (but not required)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently while remaining connected with a collaborative team
* Reliable transportation for travel to assigned cases
