Registered Nurse (RN)Skilled Nursing Facility | 12-Hour Day Shifts Available Ready to Make a Difference Every Shift?
We’re looking for a *compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented Registered Nurse (RN)* to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team!
Starting Rate - $40+/hour (depending on experience)

*What You’ll Do*
As an RN, you’ll play an important role in delivering safe, compassionate, resident-centered care. Your responsibilities will include:
* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
* Assess residents and monitor for changes in condition.
* Administer medications, treatments, and other nursing interventions as ordered.
* Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team.
* Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing staff.
* Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
* Participate in care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
* Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.
* Follow facility policies and applicable State and Federal regulations.
* Respond appropriately to resident needs, emergencies, and changes in condition.
* Help create a positive, respectful, and team-focused work environment.
*What We’re Looking For*
We’re looking for an RN who is:
* Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state.
* Compassionate and genuinely enjoys caring for others.
* Dependable, organized, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* A strong communicator who works well with residents, families, and coworkers.
* Comfortable taking initiative and making sound clinical decisions.
* Committed to providing quality, person-centered care.
* A team player who understands that great resident care takes all of us working together.
