What You'll Do

* Medication administration, assessments, treatments & documentation
* Monitor and communicate changes in condition
* Coordinate care with physicians, families & the care team
* Supervise, support & mentor CNAs
* Help lead a safe, organized and compassionate shift

What We're Looking For

* Active LPN or RN license
* Strong clinical judgment
* Dependability & clear communication
* Someone who takes ownership and follows through
* A nurse who leads by example and treats every team member with respect
