Key Responsibilities

* *Patient Evaluations:* Review medical histories, perform physical assessments, and create custom care plans.
* *Direct Treatment:* Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and physical modalities.
* *Progress Tracking:* Monitor recovery and update treatment goals in electronic medical records.
* *Patient Education:* Teach home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies.

Qualifications

* *Education:* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
* *Licensure:* Active state physical therapy license.
* *Certifications:* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
