We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable periodontic practice, that is seeking a periodontist. They are seeking a full time periodontist for 4 or 5 days a week, depending on preference. This *private office* has many referrals already as they have been in the community for many years.
They have a long term periodontist that is retiring, so they have a busy referral base already developed. They average over 1,600 new patient *referrals *each year. They are a fee for service office.
The office is a beautiful one in a great location. It is *completely state of the art*, with digital work flows, CBCT, guided surgery, intraoral scanning, photogrammetry and PRF. They have an *experienced and well trained team*. There is wonderful collaboration and or *mentoring *as well. This is a *100% FFS *office.
They are offering a *425K guaranteed salary or 40% of net production*, whichever is highers. Health insurance, and continuing education stipend. There is *buy-in potential *as well, if interested but certainly not required.

*Procedures:*
* LANAP and traditional osseous surgery

* Functional and aesthetic crown lengthening
* Extractions
* Scaling and root planing
* IV sedation
*Periodontist Requirements:*
* Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
* Periodontic residency completed or in the process of doing so.
* State license to practice dentistry.
