*What You Will Do*

* Implement individualized treatment plans developed by your supervising OT using evidence-based, family-centered care
* Provide one-on-one therapy targeting fine motor development, emotional regulation, ADLs, sensory processing, play and social skills, and more
* Collaborate closely with your supervising OT as well as SLPs, PTs, and referring physicians
* Collect and document accurate data to track patient progress and support plan of care decisions
* Partner with families to reinforce goals at home and in the community
* Contribute to a positive, patient-first clinic culture

*What We Are Looking For*

* Active Colorado COTA license or DORA licensure eligibility by start date
* Experience in pediatrics preferred
* Motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic about working with children and families
* Strong communicator with families, supervising OTs, and team members
* A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive interdisciplinary environment
