Families call with questions. Medications and treatments need attention. A caregiver notices that a resident doesn't seem quite right. Someone returns from an appointment or hospital stay. A resident with dementia is having a more difficult evening than usual.
And when a clinical question comes up, *the team needs an RN who can assess the situation and help determine what happens next.*
At Elmore Assisted Living, we're hiring an *Evening Registered Nurse* to provide that clinical presence for our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.
This is a role for a nurse who likes being trusted, using their judgment, and helping an entire team provide better care.

*What You'll Do*
As an RN at Elmore Assisted Living, you'll:
* Perform nursing assessments and respond to *changes in condition*
* Administer and oversee medications and treatments
* Develop and update individualized service plans
* Provide *clinical guidance to caregivers and medication staff*
* Communicate with residents and families
* Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, hospitals, home health, hospice, therapy, and other healthcare partners
* Support admissions and transitions of care
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation
* Support *Minnesota Assisted Living regulatory compliance*
* Participate in shared rotating on-call responsibilities
*Bring the Experience You've Already Built*
You'll need an active *Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license*, strong assessment skills, sound clinical judgment, and the confidence to provide clinical direction when your team needs support.
Experience in *Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospice, Geriatrics, or other settings serving older adults* can translate especially well.
We're looking for someone who can hear *“Can you come take a look at this resident?”* and know what questions to ask next.

Elmore sits near the *Minnesota-Iowa border*, so we're interested in connecting with nurses throughout southern Minnesota and northern Iowa who can reasonably commute to the community.
On the *Minnesota side*, that includes communities such as *Blue Earth, Winnebago, Fairmont, East Chain, Frost, Bricelyn, and surrounding areas*.
On the *Iowa side*, we're also interested in nurses around *Buffalo Center, Lakota, Ledyard, Swea City, Bancroft, Lake Mills, Forest City, Estherville, and surrounding northern Iowa communities*.
If you're an Iowa-based RN interested in the position, you'll need to be able to meet the *Minnesota RN licensure requirement* for the role.
*Your Shift May Be Evening. Your Impact Isn't Secondary.*
An experienced evening RN can change how confidently an entire community operates after the traditional workday ends.
You're there to assess the change. Answer the clinical question. Guide the caregiver. Communicate with the family. Contact the provider when necessary. And make sure the resident receives the appropriate next level of care.
